These guys are really clutching at straws now. Their sheer desperation is amusing. They expect us to believe that Nigel Burton who holds several directorships across a few AIM companies forward sold his options shares. Do they really think that he is stupid enough to jeopardise his position for a few measly grand? Forward selling is illegal as you know so those suggesting he has done it better have some evidence ready because having spoken to NB it wouldn't surprise me if he isn't already speaking to his lawyers about initiating legal action for libel.

Yes why would good old nigella buy 8 million in a company he is leaving? He was owed say £30k and as company short of money said here’s £50k in share you can sell them and we don’t have to pay! Dommo without Martello will have very little revenue. If they pull the plug their only hope is to farm into lisence under new agreement. To stay on as operator for percentage equity or royalty. So they will definitely want to play ball .CM

Something is definitely a foot. I don't think that will be the case . The option to sell the field is in a legally binding contract. OSX worthless yet it was commissioned under new charter for the next 20 years.
