how can he when they don't actually hit the market until the 5th FEB 🤡

my point was IF he did not exercise them (here and now or soon within a set period of leaving the company) he would have LOST them - PERIOD !!!

you never know maybe he got them issued 'free gratis' from the treasury (no hard currency exchanged) in lieu of wages owed to him given NUOG appear strapped for cash and can't pay their bills 😉
