30/1/2019 15:55 | There's some thickos on LSE , why would you exercise them now , ERM maybe he wants to take advantage of imminent news 🤣😂 | thecashmoney
30/1/2019 15:53 | I have many friends who are Irish and I am sure that they would be very disappointed that as a poster on this bb you are doing nothing but perpetuating the stereotype associated with their nation.. | rojelio1
30/1/2019 15:52 | Sid our just putting a negative spin on it . The options was agreed along time ago . Of course he's not going to take options at 3p if he's already got them at 0.6 would you ? , The facts are he's done it. Is it because he fancies losing 20 k in the next placing ? Or does he see a substantial rise in the not to distant future? Come on SID I thought better of you 🤗 | thecashmoney
30/1/2019 15:37 | yes best mate they are 'exercisable' shares options and as the name suggests are 'optional' as to whether you 'exercise' them or not at the agreed price but you are missing the point, IF you are leaving the company they MUST BE exercised within a certain period of time or LOST once options are exercised he now owns 'shares' in the company that he can freely sell in the market (immediately or anytime he likes) or he can opt to hold onto them for as long as he likes with no regulated ties to the company now had he had options at lets say 1p or 2p do you really believe he would have 'opted' to pay the agreed price just so he could exchange his perks of the job 'options' (that he would otherwise lose) for shares? err I think NOT but never let a financially sound business decision FACTOID get in the way of another good old 'hackers' ramp story eh berny 😉 honestly you should stick with your twitter FAZ and your spats with gary as its becoming laughing stock comedy gold 🤣 here's a special tune from me to you 🎈🎈 # 'middleman' SID 🤠 | the patriotic irishman
30/1/2019 15:37 | It's positive because he sees value . How much that cost him 55 k ? . Obviously he's bullish on nuog . Unless of course he sells em, which I doubt as he knows what's coming . | thecashmoney
30/1/2019 15:20 | China/Paddy: where can Burton spend 'paper' profits? They are only paper until the shares are sold and I will take at face value Burtons rns statement 'I am pleased to increase shareholding..' until there is evidence of sale. | panadin
30/1/2019 15:07 | They're options. He didn't need to exercise them and if he thought the share price was about to collapse or there was to be a placing at around that level he wouldn't have bothered. I would wager that he knows there's some significant upside coming. No one increases their shareholding in a company unless they are confident it is going places | bernymadoff
30/1/2019 14:50 | busy laughing at all the insiders and chat room cheerleaders posting over on LSE about Burton exercising his stock options as being a 'positive' sign 🤣 little do they know that when a director or employee leaves a company they have a limited period of time to exercise any share options (and awards) or LOSE THEM 😉 just like china says, instant profit, and when the current share price is higher than the option price agreed then why the F wouldn't you 🎈🎈 been there done that have the t-shirt 👌 its comedy gold and the chat room sheep are on fire 🐑 # CEO SID 🤠 | the patriotic irishman
30/1/2019 14:46 | Why's it positive | 66778899
30/1/2019 14:46 | What price is Burton getting 8m for?? 0.6p?? What will that do to the current sp?? Cm, answers please !! | icac

30/1/2019 14:28 | Yes and instant paper profit. Still seems positive | chinadog3
30/1/2019 14:03 | Burton wants shares 8 m | thecashmoney
30/1/2019 13:55 | End of the day , we are priced on hope there is nothing backing the share price It's going to be interesting how this goes from here on in. You voted Alan out which may turn out to be a mistake. He was a master at value from nothing .CM | thecashmoney
30/1/2019 13:46 | Daily drift os expected until deal secured, thats only hope of any type of rise back to a penny. Mms taking this down due to minty failed promises, NFL, MF deal.. company taking investors for a ride going round in circles.. nuog deserves to be where they are now.. | icac
30/1/2019 13:42 | To be honest, it is cheap but I can go cheaper.. shareholders need answers and so do the market.. clearly there is no definate answer, every deal is not secured so its all touch and go.. nuog cannot afford to release any type of negative news, so any deals that has broken down during the process, then noone would know be the best solution. Not much buying volume atm , maybe big investors feel to much risk involved.. | icac
30/1/2019 13:31 | Poor Patricia was arrested and everyone detested the manor to which she was exposed! 👙👀 later on in court well everybody thought a summer time in jail would be proposed! ✌️ | nudog69
