Of course he's not going to take options at 3p if he's already got them at 0.6 would you ? , The facts are he's done it. Is it because he fancies losing 20 k in the next placing ? yes best mate they are 'exercisable' shares options and as the name suggests are 'optional' as to whether you 'exercise' them or not at the agreed price but you are missing the point, IF you are leaving the company they MUST BE exercised within a certain period of time or LOST

once options are exercised he now owns 'shares' in the company that he can freely sell in the market (immediately or anytime he likes) or he can opt to hold onto them for as long as he likes with no regulated ties to the company

now had he had options at lets say 1p or 2p do you really believe he would have 'opted' to pay the agreed price just so he could exchange his perks of the job 'options' (that he would otherwise lose) for shares?

err I think NOT but never let a financially sound business decision FACTOID get in the way of another good old 'hackers' ramp story eh berny 😉

They're options. He didn't need to exercise them and if he thought the share price was about to collapse or there was to be a placing at around that level he wouldn't have bothered. I would wager that he knows there's some significant upside coming. No one increases their shareholding in a company unless they are confident it is going places

little do they know that when a director or employee leaves a company they have a limited period of time to exercise any share options (and awards) or LOSE THEM 😉

Daily drift os expected until deal secured, thats only hope of any type of rise back to a penny.

Mms taking this down due to minty failed promises, NFL, MF deal.. company taking investors for a ride going round in circles.. nuog deserves to be where they are now..

To be honest, it is cheap but I can go cheaper.. shareholders need answers and so do the market.. clearly there is no definate answer, every deal is not secured so its all touch and go.. nuog cannot afford to release any type of negative news, so any deals that has broken down during the process, then noone would know be the best solution.
Not much buying volume atm , maybe big investors feel to much risk involved..
