Strong buy now imvho , the cash refusal is enough for me ,to be honest I was very surprised.Reading between the lines they must be confident of either revenue in the short term or the finance they have out together for the project is enough to cover working capital.It was a big worry of mine .Also the appointment today is a big fat clue to what is coming.I see this alot higher over the short term ,some might even say imminent.I am long nuog CM
