They are clinging at straws there research is push.The FPSO is chartered for the rest of the field life .This rules out a facility being brought in from China .The revenue generation is simple not enough to make it a viable solution.There is no water well drilling ,the rns states a completion and 4 work overs to a estimated 10bopd.There is numerous drill ships in the area,one being the Laguna star currently not far away.Why would you employ mfdevco??? .I am not totally rulling out a turnkey solution as previously stated,if this is the case ,I feel the dommo rns was very market inaccurate,as it does stated the funding road map .If mfdevco is involved it has to come very soon maybe even this week.CM
