Kat kat, I just bought 1m shares at 0.86 at 4.05pm

Don't say I'm not invested.. today is not bad news after all. There's still hope.. remember there's 100s of target field, still 100s of fields to play for..

Now I'm off for a break so and I'm going to enjoy my Kit Kat..

This is beyond a shames now. For months we've had insiders telling us to join the dots to the TM field and the reassignment of OSX3. Today we have had official confirmation that Dommo are retaining the field, the option to buy for $1 is gone and the OSX3 is going nowhere.

Under the circumstances, it would be the right thing to do for some of those who have touting this for months to come and explain themselves. If one was truly an insider then how could they be so spectacularly wrong or mislead in this way?

The tweet from Simon today, after 5 months of no official news, shows how all too aware the company was of their links to the TM field speculation and have been all too happy to allow that to continue with the aid of "insiders". This needs an official update now as the credibility of the company and all those who purport to be on the inside will be completely lost and I don't say that lightly.

What is done is done ,a deal on Martello could still come ,but it won't be the deal that was expected.Still leasing fees ,no acquisition 100 percent, all I can see if that field is in play is probably a 5 percent turnkey or something along them lines ,it won't account to much and won't set the world on fire.North sea again tweets this morning,but that's all we know.Going off a tweet that probably rules out imminent news imvho .maybe garden hills ,but they do need something and very quickly.Its quite surprising how a company values at 12 m actually does not have any clear cut direction.If it wasnt for insiders I very much doubt it would be this high.Anyway laters

I don't think it's a case of nuog getting it over the line or anyone else ,it is all in the hands of dommo imvho . Bondholders sell field then what ? Mfdevco are left with a field and a FPSO , who runs the field ? We get our own men in ? Although we have not had an official rns about any specific target field nor any of a targeted deal falling through but simon has given us many hints at what stage Nuog are at.
Simon has mention scanning numerous time, before any deal can be concluded and signed, firstly you start of scanning possible fields, then you would evlaute the targeted field which then lead you to the next stage which is negotiation , then if all terms are happy with both parties then you conclude the deal..

This tell us we are still at early stages..
