As you say with this mornings news and then tweets any "deal" looks a while off yet and therefore you have got to think a placing is required in the immediate future. Maybe hold off wait for a placing that would now be sub 0.7p you would think and look to buy around 0.6p for some movement in march 2019. My thoughts in immediate future anyway.
