This switch and bait 'scam' can only happen in the UK where, sadly, we have to have blind 'trust' in the legal system and financial regulators to do the 'right thing'.

If this was USA this family using investors money, especially a sum of 40mn, to simply better themselves until the real deals came in and then to spin the contracts off to their own private company with the added complicit audacity to try and erase evidence of NUOG 50% share of GtW projects 'spin' off the internet/public domain ...hmmmm straight to 'jail' there Mr Minty, in short order no doubt!
