After the placing the company will have 2,500,000,000 shares in issue. They need cash to pay the unpaid bills from the Minty era, so likely to have only £200,000 in cash left in this empty shell (somehow 🤔 Minty has managed acquired every single aseset and over 4% of the new outfit too). You can created a cash shell for a couple of hundred quid, so the only benefit here is the tax losses and as a vehicle to launder the cheap loan bought from shard.

Even if you think that the hope is worth 5 times the cash, that is 0.04p a share. Why pay double?

As for the silence over on LSE. The private twitter groups will have been instructed to keep quiet while the deal of the century lands. More manipulation and insider nonsense.
