Shard drew out £700k from their £1.7 million outstanding debt = its all their in the a/c RMRI are owed circa £3 million in the MFDEVCO book which NUOG pay on an "as and when when" basis when they get a rights issue away. Its all there read the A/C

0.45p looks likely assuming nothing bad comes out in the near future. Shard want repaying and RMRI will too. Together we are looking at about £3.25 million in outstanding accounts, maybe £4.00 million and one also needs money for operating expenses for 12 months to qualify for being a "going concern". All told I reckon they need £4.25 to £5 million STG in raises in the next couple of years.

Hi Guys

To paraphrase Mark Twain: “The rumours of my recent hospitalisation are greatly exaggerated”; in fact they’re downright untrue but thanks to the serious well-wishers who showed genuine concern at what they thought was my demise.

As most of the other low-life are on filter I neither read nor cared about what they write as they proved their unworthiness to be taken seriously many, many months ago.

I have been in regular contact with NUOG and am of course disappointed with the way the share price has fallen since the AGM but I very much take Royscot’s measured and pragmatic view in the almost certain knowledge that there is much afoot to reverse recent trends and everything is being done to make that happen.

It goes without saying that I have not sold a single share by the way!

Alan holds shares and ex director Nigel Burton was keen to acquire more. Damien also will have plenty of reasons to see his inheritance grow. Yes it would go down very well for Graham to buy in , however if they are as close to a deal as we think. With cash refusal and even minty overhead as saying it's imminent at the AGM, would he really be able to buy any, during closed period?. I think you're going to do well from current levels and expect a strong blue day today .CM
