Closing statement.Progress has been slow and updates not as frequent as one would of hoped . However i feel we are in the closing period of the first transformational news.The offer of cash and refusal was paramount in thoughts of the board at this present moment in time.It must imply that news is to be announced in the not too distant future.The silence over the last few months must also indicate that they have the best interests of the share holders at heart .The two acts in themselves gives you a clue as to the sequence of events to come.

The appointments last week and the ones before must show that progress is rapidly coming to a conclusion.Dommo energia not in a position to revitalise the field independently.A consortium approach must be in the forefront of that process .They fail to state how or who would be carrying out the redevelopment.Only a company that has the due diligence and finance agreed would be able to meet the timescale of q4 2019.

This compounded evidence I bestow upon you and its now upto you to make your own decisions whether you act upon such claims .Good luck CM

Dommo energia financials out Friday , it is clear they do not have the funds to complete the revitalisation alone .130m US is required very soon .They state redevelopment will be complete by q4 2019.So who is the partner they are trying so hard to keep out of the public domain?. Who has completed due diligence and has the funds at hand to meet short term requirements?? Simon tweets in angust about closing a deal with aker solutions. Dommo recent announcement that they wasn't prepared to invest in the field until the FPSO was secured long term .All these events coming in the last few weeks and now the appointment of ex OSX director,working for mfdevco.Nothing as blind as those who cannot see especially when so many can see .CM

The question you all need to answer is why is Cash-money claiming that "cash was refused point blank" when Nuog claimed to have "not needed a rights issue at 1.25p", and promptly dropped the price to 1.15p to get one away? The second is why this persistent focus of Cash Money and other pundits on the OSX-3 when the platform ship is known to be coming to the end of its useful life. Replacing it will cost hundreds of millions which we do not have and COSL are unlikely to come up with. Dommo energia have already said that they plan to keep operating the well due to a re-negotiation of their payments with the banks, although collapsing oil prices may kill that stone dead. Simon's claims about news at the AGM are fallacious, IF he made them. AGMS only restate history - nothing more or less, as any company, has the requirement to make an RNS if there is any pending news. More guff/ or Huff and Puff about "trolls" sort of reminds me of the claims that the company made about "malicious rumours" concerning Newfoundland, which has come to nothing in the last 18 months. Talking of which what happened with EL1070 and G2 Eh? Deal expires this month Eh? Dec 16th to be precise.

The question you all need to answer is why was cash refused point blank ?Why have two new development director s been brought in? First one ex SOU experienced in managing multi asset developments.The second one ex OSX-3 director, present on the first successful installation??Seems rather odd to refuse cash and then employ two new directors ?Where is the finance coming from ? Has the deal already gone through and the final touches being put in place before announcement?? Why do dommo energia not state who is doing the development?All seems orchestrated not to reveal the development consortium at this moment in time ? Why does Simon state that the AGM will be with news ?? All these questions not answered by are resident Trolls who are present because they see above and want the cheapest entry ,by taking your position prior to news !The evidence is compounded and ready for market update .CM

They wouldn't mention it ,I've been in direct contact with dommo energia and I can say they are playing their cards extremely close to their chests .They avoid the question of who is doing the revitalisation question.
