Dennon has already alluded to covid being a major restriction for them, even when others are closing deals, it's not stopped the dedicated chairman setting up privatly, paid for by guess who... This will tick along nicely until the taxpayer freebie dries up end of this month... Then excise blame one line rns will pop up....

on the otherhand I have looked into Black Bear Ltd and it appears that the 25 mln valuation dates back to a period when oil was 100 dollars plus: what's it worth now?Also one of your staff is looking for "other opportunities" ? Does not seem to be overly optimistic. Either way NUOG has declared that is not interested in oil and gas and is pursuing recycling opportunities with 2 deals being proceeded. I think we should just give them the benefit of the doubt until otherwise proven right or wrongm

OR Maybe it means that they are either:-1/close to concluding 1 or 2 deals and wish to focus on them2/less probably have no interest in securing any deal and merely wish to draw their wages until the end.3/ the nomad has told them that they have withdrawn their support and the management havent bothered to let us know.

The LSE computer automatically delists all shares that fail to relist after 6 months suspension. Due to covid we have another 6 months which is fails to take into account

Was looking on the wrong exchange, just had a read through your maths lesson where you have conveniently added 2 plus 2 and come up with 1million. This is what has happened, Jay has used nuog placing to fund a new venture, now it running as soon as nuog cash is dry which is imminent, nuog will close and new company will open. Just wait for the excuses email, remeber a few weeks ago dennon was telling me directors are fully focused on nuog (well clearly not I'd there setting up other firms) and thar covid had delayed any deal.... Nuog shareholders have been used again to fund a new venture.... I've only been 100oc accurate so far
