Who has gained here? The C4 Energy accounts show it had £2 cash at the year end September 2019. Two days later it had bought the loan owing to Shard by Nu-Oil. No price given. Was it £2? Two gentlemen shareholders in C4 Energy were swiftly planted onto the Nuog BOD. Were there two cash raises that followed? For £920,000 in total. The second,£420,000 raise was: " used to facilitate the Company entering into contracts, when and as required, with consultants and third party due diligence providers, including legal, accounting, and technical service providers, all of which will support and supplement the Company with the necessary evaluation tools required to bring about a reverse takeover transaction". I hope none of that money has been wasted now that the plastic garbage company has evaporated. Does it mean a new cash raise is required to evaluate the two new ducks? Don't worry. The C4 Energy people are well remunerated ( their salary deferment is now surely over so no skimping there) and if everything goes belly up, C4 Energy, holding the debt, will get first dibs on any residual cash. A nice return on £2.

Based on what facts exactly..... I thought Dermot the I'm looking for a new job fc/receptionist had given you inside info, shame he didn't tell you the deal they have worked on if it actually existed was a flop, must have forgotten that part, but it's okay they have not one but the nuog two deal special, shame they have wasted 6monts plus, all the cash must be gone, brand destroyed even more of it had any respect in the market. I promised the next rns was another failure one, guess what was right I prefect the next rns will also be a failure one and the last rns ever to be seen

I think they had to RNS diddly squat. If they come back from suspension buying a company in the toy industry some of the more astute shareholders might ask what happened to the " world class" plastic waste company. The good news is that they have not said what the two new alternatives are. So the world is their ointment.
