Taxi has flipped from multiples price at reentry, no consolidation, no placings to suddenly a few hundred pounds on relist, an share price from 10p down to now 0.01p....complete bafoon..... |

If it opens around 1-3p I can see some previous investors staying in, if it opens up around 10p then my investment would be well worth selling. It is disappointing some posters on here are not giving the very hard work that Gary has put in over the last year or so to get things off the ground. Guardian's potential could be huge with massive applications beyond just ships etc. |

Now guardians name is attached to their website and nuog is in small print in the background what has their investor relations said ? Shame about lonely investors like yourself who will be played once again bit then again as you have been saying for 2 years multiples are imminent or was it after 2 years or was it before the 76pc dilution or the 2.2m placing or the added wage bill or the rto of a minor family run company ..... Posted at 22/12/2021 11:36 by taxibabe I spoke to stevens and he sounds completely sincere and honest and in no way pretentious. He is optimstic about the plans going forward and I dont think your on the right tack with regards to the resignation point. Now it maybe the city bods prefer a more arms length major shareholder before investing their funds but that is par for the course, given the fact that Stevens will have 29.9% of Guardian by year two, most probably. I think the delay is to sweeten the terms for the existing shareholders a little bit, of whom, gary smith is one notable holder. Let hope that is the case rather then, as you suggest, a lack of interest by investors. |
