08/3/2019 09:15 | Topicel, It is well known why RNS are issued after market close, good news is always released at 7 am or during the trading day! They could easily have waited until 7 am, as the market was already closed, when it would have been picked up alongside all the other news releases of the day. That's my point, but I think you already knew that. | andy
08/3/2019 09:11 | For those in any doubt:- The RNS after hours last night is simply a clarification of a date error. Otherwise all is correct on the earlier announcements. The placing is still for 47,916,665 due to begin trading on 13 March, is it not? All that was inaccurate was the fact that the shares in issue at the time it was announced was not inclusive of these, as it wrongly stated, but 147,206,221 until that date. Thus NTOG has clarified the shares in issue as of now remain at 147,206,221 and won't become 195,122,886 as previously noted until 13/3/19. Nothing naughty in any of this; who can make sense of these anyway?! They are always unclear and I'm not surprised they get filled out wrong occasionally by some poor sod who is lumbered with the job! It happens a lot. It has been spotted and corrected. On 13th March, as the headlines and public statements have confirmed at the time and since, we will have a new major shareholder on board with almost 5% of the company based on 195m shares in issuance. All very boring and probably why it was issued at 17.15 Topicel | topicel

07/3/2019 18:13 | apf, And issued at 17.15, double naughty! ------- "the Company notes that in both releases the figure used for the total number of voting rights of the issuer assumes the issuance of the 47,916,665 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("New Shares"), which are to be issued in relation to the placing, as announced on 27 February 2019. These New Shares are expected to be allotted and issued to placees on Admission, which is expected on 13 March 2019. As such the correct number of voting rights of Nostra Terra is presently 147,206,221". | andy
07/3/2019 17:36 | Haha nice rns.An admission that the incorrect number of shares being written in the tr1, points to the new shares yet to be issued, which means it extremely likely they are already being forward traded... Naughty naughty. | apfindley

01/3/2019 16:03 | Cyan's post from Seftom resources! Dyor folks! pmsl'Its interesting that the offer of 0.0007p is based on the 'cash' held. However; do you recall that BMD stated they had invested £85,000 in 4 'investments'?Now lets do some interesting maths. Earlier in the year BMD tweeted that the cash situation was about the same. The last number we were given was £144k in 2017.BMD's 'generous' offer values the company (its cash ) at just £62,645 and that's only what you will get a cut from.Lets do some interesting maths; lets add £62,645 to £85,000; those mysterious investments. We come up with a total of £147,645; a number spookily close to the 2017 figure of £144k.The abscence of accounts clearly outlining the numbers is MOST regretable.' | theaviator

28/2/2019 21:25 | its worth adding up how many shares are not in "free" float......as in how many are in IIs hands, directors hands, LTH locked in hands, ….there is a case for there being very few shares in "free" float and therefore a quick rise could be in order to circa 10p imo | neilyb675 |
