I totally agree, why would you be so adamant in previous RNS that NTOG is Cash Flow POSITIVE and there will be NO FURTHER DILUTION, unless a huge opportunity has landed on Matts lap, that is to good to miss. I'm just waiting for a PodCast that Matts done that's being released today, it was mentioned on Twitter about an hour ago, that is aimed at putting shareholders concerns to bed. Again time will tell.....

We've added over a million to the Mcap at 2.4 and plenty of cash to develop a resource many times our current position. Existing production covers overheads. Who's to say we might still be shopping too?

Okay, I've had time to ponder the news and am pleased that the market hasn't reacted that badly.

My thinking now is that I'm pleased the new shares weren't heavily discounted. Also, I think it gives Nostra a lot more options in dealing with bigger companies that may want in. If the deals are too low then we have the funding to develop the fields ourselves.

So, still keeping the faith with this one - for the time being.
