geseppe - appreciate your troubled history with the company, but all that said would you or have you invest(ed) now when things look to have taken a more positive turn? By that I mean the senior loan facility, higher oil price etc. Just curious.

You are absolutely correct. Still 14 million to go. They will eventually be cleared though. If you can stay in and have a little bit of patience it will come good. You probably need to get over the history here. Its Time to move on. This company is in a totally different place now. Let's see what happens in the next couple if months. Time to let the grudge go if you can

The 14+ million has not been taken up yet, they are sitting there waiting to be exercised.

Apologies if already mentioned, but seeing the corporation tax in the US being reduced from 35% to 21% really should make a noticeable difference in the company's free cash flow for this year(and onwards).

Message from Lofgran (were just getting started @ (Ntog) pmsl

It's only taken him ( 9 Years and approx £15 million from investors and placings, thats without all the revenue from the Great Chisholm Trail and the money from Richfield, and thats a point wheres the shares gone from Richfeild Float??? shafting all the way along the road, whilst lining his own pockets shorting his own stock and issueing himself and family and friends freebie shares, and off loading them while telling every one he's buying,

And then to top it all he gets a Twitter Blogger to right RNS's and Dilutes the LTH to oblivion.

Just getting started ffs, hate to think what he will do when he conciders himself up and running?

Indeed - "free cash flow" - which basically is suggesting money for old rope!

Or, put another way, their costs haven't changed (often as low as $16 per barrel) while return on investment at $40 a barrel was reported by the company at 2:1, so as oil prices are now north of $60 we can understand how doing the same nodding donkey production 24/7 - with increases potentially? - is deemed to be providing 'free' cash flow.

Not long for Exxon and Chevron to add their numbers to yesterday's Shell 3-times 2016 profits and little ole NTOG to gallop up on the inside with similarly stellar numbers.

And all to the bottom line unlike those giants with their big costs. Shale and junior oil and gas plays is right now, right time, imho.

The big US oilers are gonna give earnings reports today and into next week, Exxon & Chevron I believe first...

So if NTOG leave it until later next week then not lost in the shoal. Either way, Matt could easily give reasonable guidance if he so chooses...

Indeedy RC, any time, any place, anywhere...that's Martini. Sorry, just warrant-crazy I guess, lol.

The re-rate has been happening siday since September and is more than fine for those in that early. Slow is good, within reason, ;)

All those interested in NTOG will be aware of the story and either invested or hovering with intent, almost certainly wanting to see some hard numbers before completely committing.

They won't be bothered about missing a few pence early if the target is £50 m/cap which Matt has alluded to, around 40-50p, although that will be slow I suspect.

For most, and next warrants are mentioned on the grapevine in this area, 8p would be the place to target for the re-rate at this stage to be completed. A nice 5-bagger for those in down at 1.7p or so...

Because its being held back by warrants. I think the spike will come intraday. Topicel but frankly I don't give a damn as long as it comes.RC

this is slowest re-rate in the world.

Yep, the rate has doubled in January so the same again, perhaps increased with good flow rate and earnings figures next week, will see us cleared of these warrants and we can move on up with purpose and no drag.

Eyeguy on LSE also believes they are speeding up and even suggests as few as 5m could be left given the heavier trading in recent days that may not be included in this latest RNS disclosure...

I guess we'll wake up one morning to see a nice gap up above year highs of 6p and then it will go as far as will go. A good hold and accumulate on those terms alone.

So approx 15 million warrants that could be exercised before mid April. With good news the rate should speed up. The problem if your trying to trade is that as the warrants disappear the share price should edge up slowly so what's going to be your entry point. Nobody is sure what date they will clear so you might miss a large spike up therefore you have to stay put and wait. I know I keep using it but patience is what you need.RC

Whatever warrants are still drip feeding into the market the pressure on the price is rising, with 4.90p the latest being paid. There really is latent demand still, understandably given the market cap and cash flow suspected and hinted at by the CEO on more than one occasion.

The formal 'evidence' is days away according to yesterday's RNS and all things being equal that will blow the cobwebs of this rangebound price and it will sail through 5p onto 6p or more, depending on the figures.

Many know this and are only hesitant as the price isn't yet motoring. Funny the psyche that we need confirmation that we're doing the right thing when others start buying too, but that is also often too late for the early gains.

Better to be safe and sure? Whatever.
