15 days since this: -

Nostra Terra (AIM:NTOG), the oil and gas exploration and production company with a portfolio of assets in the USA and Egypt, is pleased to announce that its recently drilled Twin Well (the "Twin Well"), located in the Permian Basin, has been successfully completed and put into immediate production.

The Twin Well was completed in the Clear Fork formation with a common stimulation procedure for this formation. All production facilities are now in place and the Twin Well has been placed on continuous production.

Nostra Terra will update the market with production rates once they've been established.

Does it normally take this long to wait for a report of the flow rates particularly as it is reported the well is now on continuous production?

Always good to hear all sides imo even though some of you use it as an excuse. I will say BMD tweets did put me off at the start and wrongly so. Always better not to follow ANYONE - make your own punts and ignore the noise! share price is where it is as waiting news - nothing more nothing less and I expect will rise back up again shortly. I think we may here of other aquisitions! Not too many shares in issue too which always helps.

I was wondering what happened to the warrants that were issued with the fundraising on the 4th March before the capital reorganisation. Are they still available to exercise.Nostra Terra (AIM:NTOG), the oil and gas exploration and production company with a portfolio of assets in the USA and Egypt, if pleased to announce that it has raised gross proceeds of GBP350,000 via the issue of 350,000,000 new ordinary shares in the Company ("Placing Shares") at 0.10 pence per share. Nostra Terra intends to use the net proceeds to strengthen its balance sheet while seeking additional acquisitions. The placing price represents a slight premium to the Company's closing mid-price of 0.975 pence on 1 March 2016, being the latest practicable business day prior to this announcement. In addition, each Placing Share has one warrant attached with the right to subscribe for one new ordinary share at a price of 0.10 pence per shares for a period of two years from today.Would the warrants have been diluted along with share holdings or would they have ceased to be valid. Any ideas, anyone. RC

I always expect flow rates to be assessed properly over a month mate, gives Matt time to get the other permits and slip in Waggoner news, bridging loan, acquisitions etcStay strong dude remember BP and the Banks won't take any notice of BMD or his cronies GL

Envy your deep pockets bluehorseshoe ;)

Being a holder since 2010 I know this has massive re-rate potential but the baggage remains even for me.

It was a buy in 4s but more hesitant in the 3s, if that makes sense. Old scars run deep sometimes and good after bad and all that when the company is not keeping up the momentum is deterring me, and others too no doubt.

But the logjam on production flow at least must be broken imminently so probably as low as it will go now so good buy mate.

You timed the last surge well in November if I recall...shorts must be getting skittish too.

I also sense the final squeeze is afoot as the support is pretty strong here.

Still potentially good average flow rate news possible any day that keeps punters keen and shorters very wary. Knife edge which is really what AIM is about and the drop of almost 50% from recent highs must have a few thinking they don't want to risk losing the downside they've had already and will close and buy back.

I know I would because the BP and Washington Federal deals suggest things are solid going forward even if the first Permian drill is not stellar. By taking it into production it clearly isn't a duster either!

It will be economic or else why bother? The connection video from the foreman at Twin Well Matt posted was 6/7 February. Question for shorters - are you feeling lucky, punks?!

I sense a bit of squeezing going on, at 3.80p can't buy more than 10k shares atm, but could of course change if some still need to sell.

Matt - Where are the flow rates? You announced production almost 2 weeks ago and still no news. The company should convey any news good or bad as soon as they have it available. A delay in news is unhelpful to the share price especially when brokerman Daniel is suggesting the well is dry, a duster. News please, everyone has great hopes of a good year, don't keep the shareholders in the dark.
