Over the six month period to 31 July 2016 the Company's net asset value per share rose by 28.0% on a total return basis, in sterling terms, outperforming both its reference indices, the S&P 500 and the Russell 1000 Value, which provided total returns of 21.0% and 23.2% respectively in sterling terms.
The Company's performance over one year has been particularly strong, outperforming both the S&P 500 and Russell 1000 Value by 13.3% and 13.5% respectively, and it is the best performing investment trust in its sector.
Also, 2nd interim dividend announced -7p per share payable on 31st October |

This along with new all time high on NAV(Including Income) = £11.91.
As I have said previously this should form a part of any investor's portfolio seeking exposure to US markets.
IMHO share price should be much higher than today's all time high.

19:12 | With BoE interest rate cut yesterday bringing about a further drop in the GB£ v US$ coupled with the US Stock markets soaring tonight on better than expected job figures this, IMHO, has only one way to go.
Will be interesting to see NAV figs on Monday.
