27/5/2013 11:41 | Not Over... Yet http://www.shareprop | phoenix1234
26/5/2013 17:28 | If Norseman get their act together and survive until Gold breaks from the shackles of current manipulations of Fools paper Gold, then eventually they may even re-list on AIM. There will be dilution of course, yet if they get things right initially the stock could certainly surprise to the upside in time. | richgit
25/5/2013 08:50 | The differing treatment/costs will depend on how your broker deals with delistings. In my case (I have a token holding for monitoring purposes, as I have long been out of Norseman in meaningful size), my broker has sent me a share certificate and the form that Alexx mentions. The broker no longer has any involvement with my shareholding, hence they will not/cannot make any charges. It is up to me to deal directly with the registrars. I do not believe the registrar (Capita) makes any charge for executing the transfer. It is only in cases where the broker handles all of this on shareholders\' behalf that they may make a charge for doing so. Banks are not involved. Of course, if you actually want to be able to deal the shares on the ASX, you will have to find a broker that can do this for you. Getting the holding to them and getting the transaction executed will incur some costs. Irrelevant in my case, as my token holding is of negligible value. Cheers, Mark | marben100
25/5/2013 07:09 | I've got a form through my broker headed "Removal request London to Australia" from CAPITA registrars phone 0870 162 3100 no mention about paying anything | alexx
24/5/2013 13:47 | Fingers are most definitely crossed now!! I see that document from the ASX as being positive and I am particularly pleased that the company seems to be recognising the plight of its UK shareholders. There will be a time delay before they re-list on the ASX. But if I get even some return I will be pleased. | p3dr036

24/5/2013 12:27 | No details yet, but it seems there is a desire to help those who held shares listed on AIM to transfer to ASX at some point. There also still seems to be a desire to 'make a go' of this project. | reecha

22/5/2013 17:22 | Spoke to Selftrade today and arranged for self certification of my NGL holding. Although de-listed from AIM, the shares are still on CREST and Selftrade have them bulked in their nominee account. The certificate for my own shares [which will cost me £20] should arrive in 2 to 3 weeks time. I'll keep you posted. It will be a UK Certificate which may well end up as wallpaper. However it would probably be required by HMRC to prove any loss! So worth having in my name rather than lumped together with all the others in S-T's nominee account. | p3dr036
22/5/2013 15:56 | Hi Noirua. I'll check when I get home, but as far as I know it's just a UK certificate with confirmation of my number of shares and some sort of reference number. I'll confirm later. | crossfirecssf
22/5/2013 13:03 | Hi CrossfireCSSF, when you say 'share certificate', do you mean a UK certificate or an Australian 'Issuer Sponsored Holding certificate'? - cheers. | noirua
22/5/2013 10:16 | Not as far as I know. Currently accumulating shares in AAU which are at absurd levels for a soon to be producer. | crossfirecssf
21/5/2013 18:15 | Any rumours news ? | richgit
20/5/2013 13:13 | Thank you for that Crossfire. | p3dr036
20/5/2013 10:13 | P3dr036 - I held my shares on AIM through online broker idealing. I had to pay £15 for the certificate which took about a week to come. | crossfirecssf
17/5/2013 19:45 | Probably ASX P3dr - not received my certificate yet.My holding was on Aim.Smalls thankfully. | fangorn2
17/5/2013 19:36 | Crossfire - if you don't mind me asking, were your shares traded on AIM or the ASX? And which broker do you use? TIA | p3dr036
17/5/2013 19:13 | Received my share certificate for 102,000 shares today. Stuck it in a file. Come back in three years. | crossfirecssf
16/5/2013 10:19 | Thanks Noirua. But as my IE works on every other ADVFN thread bar this one, I'll pass! | p3dr036
10/5/2013 14:52 | Noirua - I just wrote all that but as before it runs all across the screen. So regretfully the header change didn't work for us poor old Internet Explorer users!! Oh well, life can be hard at times!! :0) | p3dr036
10/5/2013 14:50 | Noirua and Andy - Thanks to you both!! Thread works OK now on my aged PC [like me!! Andy - Currently I have decided to wait and see what the final outcome will be with NGL. Selftrade advise that I can transfer the holding to someone dealing on Oz shares. But I feel there is little point in doing this at present. This is for the following reason: Selftrade advises that in the event that the shares are removed from CREST they will receive a share certificate in the name of LR Nominees [Selftrade's nominee a/c holder]. This will be for all the shares held by their clients in total. This certificate will be replaced in due course by individual shareholder certificates. This will take some months but I am quite sanguine on this as I couln't trade them at present anyway! If I were to transfer them now, to TDW say, I would end up paying an account management fee of £12.50 a quarter | p3dr036
10/5/2013 09:22 | p3d, If you open n account at TDdirectinvesting, you can hold ASX stocks there. To trade you haveto give them your order and it's actioned overnight in Oz, so you either specify a limit or trade at market. | andy
10/5/2013 09:14 | Header has now been adjusted and will work with most browsers. IE is a problem, especially old versions. Header updated. | noirua
10/5/2013 08:21 | Unfortunately Internet Explorer is an old browser that despite its good points has never been updated to automatically adjust to width. Maxthon Cloud, which uses IE, can be used simultaneously with IE. You will find the additional features useful. The header has been narrowed for those using IE, if you are an IE devotee. | noirua |
