30/4/2013 14:54 | The position of Norseman Gold PLC shares on the ASX is a bit different than AIM and the shares may eventually trade again providing the various 3 monthly, 6 monthly and Annual Reports are received by the ASX. The company would have to prove it has sufficient cash available. All shares in Norseman Gold PLC are likely to become 'Issuer Sponsored' if the company moves solely to trade on that market. Norseman Gold Limited is bankrupt but not Norseman Gold PLC. A statement said to be from the Nomad that you would have to transfer your shares to the ASX is not correct. From past experience when a company cancels its London quote the transfers are automatic. ( I particularly note Woodside Petroleum, St Barbara Mines and Auiron Energy). | noirua

08/3/2013 23:50 | I sense that once all the loan holders, not sure if there are others or not, are satisfied, then it just leaves shareholders remaining. At this point trading in NGL shares can start. There are previous losses that can be used, hopefully, against a major asset sale. Unlike some, I do not expect a big dilution in the shares as Tulla would be diluted as well. St Barbara, patron saint of miners, may shine on us yet. | noirua
08/3/2013 19:27 | Norseman Norseman Gold PLC Meeting of convertible loan note holders Strange Tulla allowed this to happen. Smacks of 'post out the info and hope for the best'. Just not good enough. | noirua
08/3/2013 14:22 | What's the deal? Yahoo finance saying NGL shares are up 10% today on 500,000 shares. Are we trading again? | crossfirecssf
08/3/2013 12:24 | Norseman Norseman Gold PLC Holding(s) in Company Norseman Norseman Gold PLC Director/PDMR Shareholding Another one of these off-market trades again this morning. Not quite sure what is going on. No real rumours but speculation on Aussie boards that Tulla are maneuvering for a big Chinese deal at a good profit to them. Nothing like they wanted but their track record on impossible style deals is magnificent -- they always want an eventual cash payday deal. I expect them to be near 30% shortly, from memory, about 4.3 million ounces at 4.3 grammes per tonne is workable for a mega-rich partner. My guess is they'll go for about $30 per resource ounce, about $128 million -- miles above TW's estimates. My target is 4p or even as high as 5p. | noirua |
