I don't expect any dividend for the current year. My guess is that there may be a small dividend the following year. Cash may be used for acquisition opportunities at low prices.

Difficult times but they have a very experienced and ambitious management team who seem to have their feet on the ground. They operate in very competitive end markets but they are used to that. They have mapped it all out and are operating beyond their best scenario so are doing ok I guess. though racking up the losses. I am hoping that the recovery will leave them in a stronger position relative to competition.Cash flow excellent as always. acquisitions are performing well. More good news today or further progress on the trading front could take this back towards 200p . a reinstated divi would do wonders.

The company continued to do well up to the lockdown. Recovery has started and hopefully things will be back to near normal in the second half.

Last year the shares went ex divi on 20th June On the NXR corporate website there is no information on the date for the final results and no mention in their trading update

The retreat begins – Sector specific problem (building & construction) part of the general fall back from the ramp up caused by central banks printing too much money - Remember inflation caused by too much money chasing too few goods - and thanks to general high level of shares across many companies too few equities available to soak up the surplus cash (imo) $64K question - a minor blip or the start of the 2nd down wave?

As the economy start to open up again these look good for a +50% gain. This was a good solid business with a decent dividend pre-covid and i expect it to return to trend in time.Also check out VCP (flooring) and SHI (roofing) for, in my view, potential 50-100% gains. Both, like, NXR are only just starting on the recovery path.
