15/11/2019 17:54 | Another Woodford disaster stock! Debt too high - built on quicksand. | topvest
15/11/2019 16:50 | So we've had the failed takeover, the boardroom collapse, the profit warning and the share price cliff jump.We just need to get the recession, Brexit and the share issue to clear the £20M out of the way and it should be a good punt...? | greeberman
15/11/2019 10:35 | How are NSF loans funded? Do they have a retail outlet (ie savings, bonds, isas) or funded by shareholders representing the deposits? cheers NR | nick rubens
15/11/2019 09:50 | added more.... | eentweedrie
15/11/2019 09:21 | so offered 28.11 to buy; 28.13 to sell... | eentweedrie
15/11/2019 07:47 | Profits warning but caused by provisions for bad debts that haven't yet occurred yet. As usual substantial insider trading yesterday. Will the authorities ever do anything about this criminal activity? SP seems to be too low as yield is around 9% and sales and profits are still growing, but at a slower rate than before. Growth stock and cash cow combined? | grahamg8
15/11/2019 07:34 | Not an entirely encouraging update... | cwa1
14/11/2019 14:18 | bought in today - way oversold imo | eentweedrie
26/9/2019 11:26 | Now Woodford's drag on the price - and the failed Prov Fin bid now in the past - has come towards the end, this is a share to buy going forward. It has suffered in the past and is half the price it was two years ago even, but then that may be a sign that it could double back up in the next year or two (?) Worth a punt, IMHO. | andrewbaker

07/9/2019 15:55 | Hopefully legal ones from now on... | dendria
07/9/2019 15:35 | Hmm - legal or illegal ones? | topvest
07/9/2019 09:31 | As Alchemy have picked up over 19%, they could well take it private. But at what price? I have mixed views - of course we would get a considerable gain on the share price but would miss out on all the future dividends. | dendria
03/9/2019 20:14 | Woodford still has 4.65% to go then we'll see how far the stock has been held back valuation wise. I'm only a short termer regardless. All these rip off lenders are train wreck, accidents waiting to happen - far too much regulation risk for me. 04/09/2019 Further volume with 2 lots of 2 million blocks placed at 40. That could be both sides of the trade so Woodford has another approx 12.5m shares to place at most. 06/09/2019 There are keen buyers here: 500k and 400k mopped up at 43 - buyers come for more with a finish at the high of 44p. With the shortage of stock on offer here, it might suggest Woodford has been cleared entirely or the residual isn't enough to hold the stock back. Broken the short term downtrend and now starting to motor higher. | sphere25
03/9/2019 18:47 | Duplicate, itchy trigger finger. | grahamg8
03/9/2019 18:47 | You got it Sphere. Should be positive for the share price Cash strapped forced seller replaced by keen new purchaser. | grahamg8
02/9/2019 08:51 | Monster trade reported after the close at 16:59 on Friday: 60,064,188 trade reported well through the offer at 40p. Woodford cleared and/or a bid coming? I wonder who has been keen to pick up that size well through the offer. Longed a few just in case something corporate is going on in the background. | sphere25

29/8/2019 16:42 | ... so the failed bid and current uncertainties aside, NSF has 3 excellent business, it has happy repeat customers in each, revenue is increasing and 7 new branches have been opened just this year, as per their target. No FCA involvement, unlike PFG.Have faith, I believe a positive market correction is due once the Brexit dust settles.(Apols I'm editing and posting on iPad)Good luck. | greeberman
29/8/2019 10:52 | Can't quite see your logic here. If you said handing hard earned business benefits down a generation then I may agree, but not being successful a second time around. To me that makes no sense. In the event of NSF having successfully taken over PFG, the City commentators would be hailing Van Kuffeler a hero, and how he had historically driven PFG to be market leader, as well as developing NSF through strong organic growth, onto a bright prospect with the new PFG/ NSF merger. As it happens, instead, those same commentators publicly lick their wounds over Brexit, playing the harp as they go, insodoing self-decimating the value of the market in which they invest. And they call the Brexit Britain supporters the stupid ones. It's simply a matter of timing. | greeberman
20/8/2019 18:04 | This is a company to avoid in my view. Woodford backed makes a lot of sense. It’s loss making, highly ambitious and loaded with debt. | topvest |
