03/9/2015 08:43 | readmission announced | hazl
27/8/2015 08:01 | John van Kuffeler NSF's chairman says"I am delighted to announce that NSF has hit the ground running. Having raised significant funds at our successful IPO from a high quality investor base, we have quickly begun implementing our strategy to acquire and operate businesses in the UK's non-standard financial services sector. Our recent announcement of the acquisition of Loansathome4u, a top three participant in the home credit market, from S&U is evidence of this. "Loansathome4u provides us with a well-established UK wide platform and a growing business that will form a strong base for the Group as we grow organically and acquire new businesses. We remain committed to offering financial services to a disenfranchised part of the UK's population by treating customers fairly, delivering excellent service and lending responsibly." - Ends - from statement | hazl

12/8/2015 10:07 | The way I am looking at it is that it is coming back to market as a different animal if you like puku and with a set of company results from the acquired firm and so on. It is like a shell company if you will ,an investment vehicle, up until that point. To avoid suspension and so on they seem to suggest, readmission will take place. Morning star has further details like MC though lots of things will change I imagine. 'The Company is currently seeking re-admission of its ordinary shares to a standard listing on the Official List and trading on the London Stock Exchange as soon as practicable. A prospectus will be published in relation to the application for re-admission to the Official List. Such a prospectus would include audited financial statements of Loansathome4u prepared in accordance with the Listing Rules and the Prospectus Rules of the UK Listing Authority.' IMO EDIT From www.investegate.co.u 'Although S&U is subject to a public disclosure regime under the Listing Rules and the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, under Listing Rule 5 Non-Standard Finance is required to provide certain additional information regarding Loansathome4u to ensure that there is sufficient information available to the public with regard to the proposed Acquisition in order to avoid a suspension of the Company's shares. The information required under Listing Rule 5.6.15G is set out below.' | hazl

23/7/2015 14:13 | Its so great to have more buys than sells these days! The market seemed to like the acquisition. IMO | hazl
21/7/2015 21:15 | I would have to disagree there. Depends when you bought them perhaps. I picked them up after they bought into them. I was very pleased to have a part of Faberge! It has just had a blip recently but its been a great share for me. EDIT I am not likely to get any more just now as the director sold at a recent peak but the 7 year chart has been great. IMO edit The gem shares I have are running on their profits and I intend to keep for the forseeable future,I meant that I don't intend to add, though the market seemed to like the recent announcement. | hazl
20/7/2015 11:25 | GUESS you have to pay for quality....Gemfields Gem got criticised when it bought Faberge at what was considered a highish price. However its gone from strength to strength in share price since. imo | hazl
