I think your getting your knickers in far too much of a twist Archway. They raised gross 102.5m but would have spent a couple of million on raising that cash. Fair amount of due diligence likely to have gone into this deal and also the team they have assembled. Wasn't the deal I had expected but they pointed out they paid more for this acquisition because of its strategic importance. Further acquisitions at much lower multiples and strongly earnings enhancing. The big backers here will keep the board honest.

p2p doesn't really threaten this market place. door to door collection is the only way you can really get collect payment. huge bank of people without credit ratings simply wouldn't qualify on p2p platforms in any event.
