27/1/2006 16:28 | Raise the bid 0:005p and leave the offer at 0:53p to get 14K of sells. One buy of 10k and the offer jumps 0:02p. We want you to sell but don't buy any. Smells a bit after what was said in the RNS's? pc | pc4900074200
27/1/2006 14:22 | they can have all of my shares for 250p each thats what i invested thats what everyone should get back...its clearly a con. | jurgen klinnsman
27/1/2006 14:13 | That bid will have go up a long way before it will entice me to sell my holding! pc 22.39% + a lot more! | pc4900074200
26/1/2006 23:14 | Taken from British Bulls.com today. "The previous SELL recommendation that was confirmed was made on 20.09.2005 (128) days ago, when the stock price was 67.0000. Since then NMT has fallen -22.39%" This is the "Shareholder Value" that has been given to us by our Directors. pc | pc4900074200
26/1/2006 13:48 | We need a larger holding shareholder to rally Shareholders together, over 10% could force an EGM and make them divulge what exactly their plans regarding taking this company forward. They should be treated the same as they treaded us before their takeover. For all we know what was on offer from ZI could have given us 'Shareholder Value'. pc | pc4900074200
26/1/2006 13:38 | My feeling is that they will want to bleed shareholders down until there is less that 10% PI's. They can then do a deal with the bigger fish and strip the company of its assets. It's a case of watch this space but I don't think we will be hearing a peep out of them until they have reached that goal. They will also be hoping that it's before the AGM when PI's could cause a nuisance and upset their plans. pc | pc4900074200
26/1/2006 13:20 | in my opinion they will not spend any money on anything...they have no interest in going forward just bleeding the cash away. | jurgen klinnsman
26/1/2006 13:19 | GG - so you are interpreting that as meaning there are no discussions regarding syringe licensing etc - rather than simply no deals regarding mergers/takeovers. | pachandl
25/1/2006 21:18 | Need someone to spell it out... ? :-/ confirms that the Company is not in discussions with any other party. | goldengoose

25/1/2006 18:38 | Well I think that last RNS confirms all our worst fears. Our latest Management Team have cleared the boards of any "Shareholder Value". We can take it that if they have issued the following? "Further to the announcement made earlier today, the Board of NMT Group PLC confirms that the Company is not in discussions with any other party." Note the ". A quote from an article or statement. It looks as if the LOI has travelled down the same river. Where are we going now? Answers please on a postcard and send them to our Management. It may give them a direction to take. I looks to me as though they did not have one of their own in the first place. pc One could be? How long will you bleed this Company before we are given what we have left back? | pc4900074200

25/1/2006 12:37 | Point to ponder? Gyllenhammer's price per share was well under mid. price and ADVFN placed it in the sell column. Yes I know that it was for 100k, but with so few trades being placed daily and the bid / offer staying fairly static. Some of the sells marked up must be buys. pc Edit: re-cheaked, it was at bid. | pc4900074200
25/1/2006 12:02 | A lot longer than both you and I WB I'll wager. And as pc infers, I'd also wager THEY have already phoned him (Gyllenhammar). Gyllenhammar' involvement has renewed my interest in NMT because of his connection with HTH and it's expertise in relation to medical equipment. Admittedly HTH haven't had the best of runs for some time but do have a sizable annual turnover. Its lack of performance can only be attributable to management, which I understand is currently being sorted. In truth, I wouldn't be surprised to see NMT'IP in the hands of HTH in the not too distant future. Gyllenhammar is a very shrewd operator and his major shareholding in HTH is no flash-in-pan so to speak. What's more he's more than a match for NMT's current management and although Swedish should not be likened to Sven England's illustrious soccer coach. sn | pc-49
25/1/2006 10:59 | that's the point I was aiming to make, well picked up big number | wild bill
25/1/2006 10:09 | They many have phoned him? pc | pc4900074200
25/1/2006 10:08 | I wonder how long Gyllenhammar would last in a telephone conversation should he choose make one................ | wild bill
24/1/2006 20:43 | Some of you maybe aware of the involvement of Peter Gyllenhammar in both NMT and HTH. Gyllenhammar is the major shareholder (15%) of HTH, perhaps one can draw a positive inference from the following sentence. 'Corporate Synergy believes that Hartest has moved into a position to develop the core medical and instrumental business.' sn | pc-49
24/1/2006 16:28 | adam if your at it again, don't forget the RNS. LOL. pc | pc4900074200

24/1/2006 09:13 | Good to see you here adam (you are/were adam pelled?). With Roy and Gyllenhammer here there's a lot of reassuring names on this share register now. | rivaldo |
