Hi rivaldo,

Don't take the hate bit too seriously. I just think they are obnoxious ;-).

Regarding me upsetting the poor employee, you've missed the point: they agreed with me... without saying anything in particular. I have met the person several times and speak on the phone from time to time so I can assure you the staff are under duress from their hostile takeover management - not from shareholders. We had a bit of a laugh about the roasting VLE got at the AGM ( and deserved too : they manipulated shareholders by spreading misinformation through the press, simple as that ).

We'll never know if the 5-6 month delay in LOI deal (2 months late already with 3-4 to go) is due to kicking out the senior people at such a vital time.

We can only hope for the best.

Always a pleasure Rivaldo. Regards

rivaldo - LOL. More like the cash pile 'was' safe. The point is that it would be nice to have some news to reassure us that that is indeed still the case. AFAIK NMT holders were never concerned that the NMT cash pile did not exist or that there would be a can of worms. Question is more to do with V's intentions. As yet no answer on that front.

I doubt they bother reading BB's and I also doubt they care two hoots for our opinions anyway but I accept your point. If they succeed then we'll be bought off: if they fail then we should be ready to kick them out.

SRSM - your views are always appreciated and I was not suggesting anyone change their approach. . Just expressing my view that the way i see it, we are in the hands of the new board and at this point in time i saw little merit in continuing public attacks on them if we wish to have a dialogue with them.

Bill

I went to school with someone called the italian version of that name and i have had dealings with a tax inspector with that name, that's it as far as i remember

Oct69,

Thanks for a useful balanced view - something that I tried to do was not to demonise them but...

They are very smooth operators who are good at telling people what they want to hear so they are going to sound good on the phone. If you deal with them again keep in the back of your mind that they spread misinformation through the press in order to try and discredit the previous directors. (Referring to the VLE statement that the NMT board were refusing to even speak to VLE when the opposite was in fact true (not the actions of gentlemen as far as I'm concerned) - and even now VLE have still refused to indicate what they are going to do with NMT, having promised to do so as their first act in control).

Regarding their investment - they simply bought control of £6.5M with essentially free IP thrown in. Not exactly the leap of faith you indicate.

So, although I don't lose any sleep over this and they may make money for us one day I reserve the right to be cynical about them as individuals.

Still no sign of the LOI deal - I think I'll try and get in touch with Graham Crowther.

Regards

Bill

In case any doubt, I am not defending the new board, just not attacking them

Would suggest you give them a call and ask when they intend to write or what future plans are

Roy, I don't have a problem with this part, "remember they have put there money where there mouths are and bought in heavily, our NMT fate is in their hands and I think they should be supported until such time as they take actions which are detrimental to minority shareholders"

I'm a patient man, having held these from two weeks after their float, and added substantially since (in my terms) but they (VLE) did say they would write to us quite soon after the takeover, that's the bit that niggles me.

Hi, 25.
Thank you for your honest answer to my request.
I, and I hope others will take comfort in the knowledge
that as a larger Shareholder, you have still held your
position and not moved on.

It is also encouraging to note that although the New
Directors have declined to inform all shareholders
of Their intentions. They have made contact with at
least one Shareholder knowing that He had voted against
Them, and that some dialogue has gone on.

I respect your view of how you would react, if as a
Director you were faced with criticism. You would
not be open or friendly with shareholders.

Although I would remind everyone that the criticism
by myself and other shareholders has only been levelled
at the Directors because they made a statement directly
after the EGM that they would be contacting shareholders
and it has still not happened two and a half months after
that date.

There were fears leading up to the EGM of Volvere only
being after the money We have in the bank This needed
to be addressed, and could have been dealt with directly
by a statement from the New Directors on their appointment.

By not saying anything, they themselves are fuelling the fire.

No doubt, the criticism will continue until the direction
of NMT is outlined to shareholders by a statement from the
New Directors.

We have a stalemate position and while this carries on
there is a steady trickle of shareholders selling their
Shares and moving on. I don't need to remind people
that as the Company only has 8.7M shares in circulation.
Having 1.5K+ Shares [average] sold each day is placing
the Company in a precarious position. When the market
decides it is holding to many they will make it as unattractive
as they can for others to sell.

We could find that we are holding a share that has a value of
400p but is trading back where it was a year ago at 0.009p.

I will now be removing the open letter I placed in the header
of this thread. Leaving only NMT. Safer at the Sharp End.

When there is news to be posted. I will replace the relative
Charts and other information. Being there are only people
selling shares, I see no need to show charts that are showing
the steady decline of the company on a daily basis.

Also, I personally, will not be posting on this thread until
there is news to be discussed.

I leave it to the Directors to use the key to reopen this thread.

I know that Bill. :-].

As a large shareholder his view would be usefull
to know for other shareholders as it looks to be
that 25ths position has not changed. He still holds
all of his shares and it would be nice to know
what part of the fence is being kept warm.

Not so much an EGM Dave. Just a like minded group of
'hard-core' shareholders. Waiting in the wings, ready
if the need be to combine their shares as one, to
counter any moves by Volvere.

Edit: This can be done even if your shares are in
Creste or Nominee form.
