Collins Stewart now holding over 2.5% of NMT's total shares.

If the LOI takes off there's some money to be made there.

Edit: I see that they are still posting that they are a connected adviser.

Did they not loose the House broker position?

pc this was taken from over the road today.
In theory they will announce a deal with a Far East company who will build a factory to produce the 2nd Gen product. The deal should be announced around the end of October. That's if nothing goes wrong, (it shouldn't but the Volvere hostile takeover might have scuppered the deal). I'm reasonably optomistic that it will go ahead - Far East company is currently putting some important equipment through a bid process - something to do with plastic molding I think. When this is completed the deal should be announced.

I think that we can kiss good-bye to any enhanced
Shareholder value now!

Since the start of the board take-over, which sent the
Share price into a decline. There has still been a gradual
decline in value due to new managements insistence on
not giving out a statement on what strategy or direction
They will be taking with NMT. It would have been
thought that they had a plan but it is looking more like
NMT was taken-over on a whim.

Even Victor Kiam, when taking over Remington stated
'I liked the product so much, I bought the Company'.

This has given the remaining shareholders no confidents
and has been shown by the continued selling.

The lack of a 'Mission statement' even though there were
several avenues open to NMT at the start of the take-over
has not helped.

What was / is on offer?

The letter of intent with an over-sea Company re: Gen. 2.

Negotiations with Zim Medical re: Buy-out.

This silence clearly shows that they see no value in
retaining shareholders and also shows that they never
had a plan to work with.

The market is showing their view by the wide spread
offered on these shares and the continued playing with
the share price on what amounts to small trades that
do go through.

If NMT do win a contract the enhancement to the value
of the share has been swallowed up in the disruption
that Volvere caused in taking out a Management Team
that had confidence in the products they offered and
the knowledge to convey that to the market place.

Message to our new management?

If you read this board I would like you to know that
there are still shareholders out here and we are waiting
to hear your words of wisdom!!!

Before the take-over your 'mission statement' was to
enhance shareholder value.

My question to you is?

What and when are you going to do something about it?

Our company is going to be milked of its assets(6 million smackers) and there is nothing we can do about it.
It will be frittered away in company schemes and deals that leave us with shares,but nothing else
and its all legal, the way we pay the workforce its wages.
However small they be .
If volvere let us be bought out by a share offer, then they need there heads looking at.
I am disgusted that the system we work with allows the big people to draw wages at the little peoples expense .
And at the end of the day if this happens and we finish with nothing its all been done for the good of the company .
We don't draw salaries although we own part of the company.
The only way we are going forward is to sell to another bidder with cash
And not sold out to a company that has not thusfar a history of cutting the mustard

Price 00:60p. [Bid: 00:57 Offer: 00:62p at the time].
Marked as a buy.

This has been removed from yesterdays Trading
Page and also the Download Page?

Today it pops-up again, only under a different
Code. Still a T Trade, but as the Bid / Offer has
been raised from the start of play, the price
being still 00:60p it has now been moved to
the ?? column.

Do they think that we are blind!!!

Is this why the Bid / Offer is up this morning?
