PC-49 There was nothing under-handed as 25th told us what had happened.

He could have kept quite but He did not. I did not like to use that
post and I hope that He does not hold that against me. But a fact is a fact.
If they can contact a larger shareholder then they can contact all the others.

Saw NMT on the losers list and thought I'd take a look-see.
Boy am I glad I got out when I did!
What a right pack of charlatans the new management has turned out to be.
I think you're right WB, squeeze out the minnows and the 'cash pile is ours' is what they are hoping for.
This business of contacting an individual shareholder and not all shareholders smacks at something underhanded afoot and warrants a very close look at the rule book.
Your post WB with respect to discourteousness and a past experience with the same mob has instilled in me to make sure I will never cross paths with them again.
It'll be very interesting to see what NMT's expenses will add up to in the full year report 'NOTHING COMMING IN AND MANAGEMENT COSTS GOING OUT' I'll gamble they will be nice and juicy for the directors.
Good luck lads

Re: post 7106.

A copy of the email and another letter has now been posted
to Mr. Gold.

Note: The NMT web site has not been updated with any RNS news
since the Director change. Not even for the Non-exe Director.

Just noticed that the NMT Financial Year ended on 31st December. Does that provide leverage for a Trading Statement or similar. Otherwise we will have to wait until the Final Report (end of April last year).

Sadly we are not dealing with gentlemen so we should not be surprised.
I had forgotten about the Non-Exec chap - a good strategy to put him under pressure - he might even have our interests at heart...

Regarding asset strippers I recall some clowns sniffed around Indigovision a year or so ago. Tried to gain support for the company to be wound up and cash returned to shareholders. Market Cap was around £4-5M at the time now £25M.

Bill, Interesting reading.

I also sent an email to our latest Director Mr. Alexander Muncie Gold. CBE.
on the 22nd December 2005. As follows?

Dear, Mr. Alexander Muncie Gold. CBE.

I know that I am one of many frustrated shareholders of NMT that have been patiently waiting for some form of statement from the new Directors that we have. The quote that was given by the Telegraph News Paper on the day of the Directors taking over NMT was that we would be written to 'Very Soon'.

Three months have now lapsed since that quote and not one word has been uttered, baring the announcement of your appointment as a Non-executive Director.

As a Non-executive Director you know that your roll is to protect Shareholder's interest's and it is as that that I am asking you to please ask the other Director's what exactly are their plans for NMT and that they issue a statement so as it may help to stem the continued selling by shareholders which is weakening the position of NMT.

There are also other facts, which I feel all shareholders should be made aware. The old Management were removed due to what Volvere as a major shareholder stated were high costs and little return regarding advancement of NMT.

We now have four Directors and we have not been informed as to what this is in-fact costing the company i.e., shareholders.

At the AGM the previous management teams costs were stated, and there was as open as possible timetable statement given, regarding G2 and the 'letter of intent'.

We were also in talks with ZIM Medical.

As a shareholder I feel I am entitled to know if the direction we were heading is still active and what it is costing shareholders, by now having four Directors.

I will admit that I was one of the many shareholders that placed my vote in the old managements camp and feel that some form of clarification is needed before I could place any confidence behind the new Directors. The vote at the EGM was such a close run contest. With the new Directors only just gaining their positions by a few percent. One would have thought that they would have wished to restore confidence in Management and not alienate themselves from shareholders. Which is what is happening as each day / week goes on.

A General on gaining His position, would rally His troops, not drive them to, discontent. His aim would be to win the next battle, not be defeated and over-thrown.

I appeal to you as our Non-exec. Please see what you can do for All shareholders and try to get the other Directors to give us a Direction, to focus on.

Regards.

Pc

Needless to say I have received the same treatment. I know others will post that we should be patient but the Directors could do well to remember that they gained their positions by a very slim margin and they had ridiculed the previous management for
what is in fact what they are doing now, to gain those positions?

There is a saying, 'If you throw mud, expect mud to be thrown back'.

I openly ask Mr.Lander on this BB the following?

After being in control of NMT for 4 months.

WHAT IF ANYTHING, ARE YOU DOING THAT ARE GIVING SHAREHOLDERS BETTER VALUE THAT THE PREVIOUS DIRECTORS WHO YOU DISPOSED?

One point to be remembered is that the old management had the courtesy to reply to shareholders. I know, as I wrote once or twice and was given the consideration befitting a shareholder.

It has been posted on this BB by 25th that He received a phone call after the EGM by the new Directors. He had not made contact with them, but they called Him.

We are no different from 25th. If they can talk to one shareholder, then they should talk to all.

If you read this BB Mr. Alexander Muncie Gold. CBE. I await your reply.

Great read Bill. I say we all phone this Lander guy up at the same time and ask him where the letter is.
How about tomorrow at 11am?

PS. I phoned the CEO of Mark Kingsley a few months back. He had a great conversation with himself! Its a reflex action for many of these guys to get all defensive when speaking to shareholders.
