24/4/2019 12:11 | Mr. Langman bed SIPP and ISA's £200k of shares. So, why would he do this? I assume he's worried about NMCN shares going up which would create issues with his lifetime allowance limit of £1,055k. The only other reason is it's moving assets out of his estate into his wife's but that would seem odd unless I'm missing something. | cc2014
17/4/2019 08:26 | Just catching up and I notice a coupe of director buys. FD bought 2000 @ 499p, presumably a nice price to tuck away in his ISA and Commercial Director 700 @ 659p on the way down. I would have preferred a few more but I guess it shows some level of belief. | cc2014
16/4/2019 11:43 | Not sure what to make of it but there are two late reported trades yesterday. 15k at 510.0 and 20k at 520.0. I guess they are connected in some way and worked by a MM with the 15k a sell and the 20k a buy because as we know the MM don't like holding that amount of stock on NMCN. | cc2014
09/4/2019 10:35 | They are. My buy yesterday was reported as a sell as well | cc2014
09/4/2019 09:25 | Given the price I paid, I think all this morning's trades are buys | eclair
09/4/2019 08:32 | Yield good I agree. Need some decent director buying IMO | qs99
09/4/2019 08:24 | I've topped up this morning. Trade not showing yet but this is now attractive just for the dividend | eclair
08/4/2019 14:56 | Hi Skinny, No broker coverage. I have the business card of the in-house broker somewhere. I think you can probably say they are sitting in the background and available if required but given the directors/insiders own around 70% I don't think they do much work. If you want the NMCN story it's pretty much covered in the 250 posts on this thread. Probably what's most interesting is that the auditors keep forcing them to declare non-recurrent profits and the order book has 5 year visibility. I'll fix the chart.. Thanks | cc2014
08/4/2019 14:39 | I recognise that header format :-) CC - have these never had any broker coverage? You could improve the long term chart in the header by upping the size. | skinny
08/4/2019 14:20 | Dround87 - Interesting that NMC Health is the biggest faller on FTSE today?!? Surely someone couldn't be that foolish? | cc2014
08/4/2019 12:34 | I'm having a very happy day save for nmcn. Wonder what the problem is? | dround87
08/4/2019 12:02 | £50m market cap. £33m in the bank, £20m of property, plant and equipment and no debts and no pension fund deficit. Didn't think I'd ever see this price again! Off for a walk now. I look forward to the share price being repaired when I get back in a couple of hours. | cc2014
08/4/2019 11:52 | This is ridiculous. I have added sub 500. Trade is delayed | cc2014
05/4/2019 11:56 | I sure as hell didn't pay 550 though! | dround87
05/4/2019 11:55 | I've dipped a toe. Back in but I'm not heavily exposed. Couldn't leave it alone! | dround87
04/4/2019 08:25 | Ha! Maybe some afternoon delight. We'll see. | dround87
04/4/2019 08:22 | Nothing like a Thursday morning re-entry dround....phnar...go | qs99
04/4/2019 08:07 | I don't know but I'm seriously eyeing up re-entry. Let's see how today goes. | dround87
03/4/2019 23:21 | It's fallen today as if we'd a profits warning, volume not that high either...so what's up I wonder??? | battlebus2
03/4/2019 15:29 | Maybe a decent size order has been shown to the market? Makes it a more attractive bid target IMO as I have said before....DYOR | qs99
03/4/2019 15:11 | Looks overdone IMO....but I would say that! around 3.5% yield now should support further price erosion IMO likewise a pe of around 8 historic is hardly expensive. Take on board the one client and slow down risk, but IMO capital spending in any Brexit scenario will have to increase by govt to offset any softness in trade....DYOR and GLA | qs99
03/4/2019 13:51 | The recent results were no better than expected and other companies in the sector like Kier look cheaper on a PER basis. As mentioned, there are plenty of holders with good capital gains so some profit-taking was inevitable. Nmcn's biggest customer Severn Trent indicating a slowdown in activity later this year is another reason for some caution. Still a hold but not obviously mispriced any more. | danny baker
03/4/2019 12:51 | 10% down on a day when nearly every Construction and builder is up. I'm getting a bit frustrated now. | cc2014 |
