17/12/2019 10:05 | rabbitfoot, re "fabrication of fosun interest" the only fabrication seems to be on your part. When there was market speculation re Thomas Cook fosun very quickly issued a statement to quell the speculation, interestingly, no such statement of denial wa issued by fosun re NMS Health so suggest they were and probably remain, interested in a potential buy-in. hxxps://ir.fosun.com | aquaesulis01
17/12/2019 08:14 | There has been a 5% increase in the stock rate and I am hopeful that there will be a further increase in the trend. | joshk10989
17/12/2019 08:08 | rabbitfoot, I suggest reading the CMD RNS and presentations; both governance and debt concerns being addressed as promised by the company | aquaesulis01
16/12/2019 23:21 | Thanks Alexka1 for this information. No doubt the 2.8 billion of debt (and 166 debt/equity ratio) is not helping the stock. If I recall correctly, the debt level was in fact Jeffrey’s main point of contention in their downgrade. And obviously the 90M buyback will not go very far in addressing that issue. Unfortunately for us investors, it seems the owners have decided to sacrifice the stock’s good health short- and medium-term in order to realize their growth objectives which revolve around undertaking additional acquisitions and developing new facilities, which in turn increases liability. Meanwhile, their tactics to protect the stock revolve around fabricating fake news (aka Fosun and their supposed interest in acquiring part of the business), issuing positive but unbelievably vague and therefore hardly credible notes about the company’s performance, sending out stupid bots, etc… Clearly, the governance of this company (or lack thereof, which was another point of contention for Jeffreys) is a serious issue. The fact that the owners control the majority of shares makes for poor transparency, and makes the company an easy target for the shorts. In other words, we are not out of the woods... | rabbitfoot1
16/12/2019 11:15 | I have been eyeing these stocks for a long time. As the stock opened at 2,537.00 GBX today, I strongly believe in buying the stocks. | joshk10989
16/12/2019 08:50 | Up to $90mio debt buy back process started today (for the convertible). Sensible move to reduce leverage and improve debt ratios. Announcement on RNS | alexka1

12/12/2019 12:09 | The company has observed a good trend over a year and it's a promising stock to invest in. | jackmiller
11/12/2019 11:32 | Yup! Now would be a good time. | podgyted
11/12/2019 10:30 | Perhaps when NMC actually start their now authorised buyback instead of sending bot reports on how good the company is the share price will actually climb rather than tread water | aquaesulis01
11/12/2019 10:16 | The company is fundamentally strong with Mkt cap 5.25B$, I believe the stocks will bear profit in the coming times. | noahsoares
10/12/2019 13:34 | Notice Portsea added 0.11% to its short on 5th December - doesn't seem to have done much damage. | podgyted
10/12/2019 13:21 | NMC holding up well in this hugely down market. It bodes well for the coming weeks and months, never been so optimistic ! | rabbitfoot1
10/12/2019 05:06 | The Company has a number of very attractive investment opportunities for the short and medium-term which it remains committed to delivering. | rachtrick210790
09/12/2019 06:16 | I have been investing in different shares and have come across this company as well. With the Mkt Cap of 5.29B, it looks like a safe bet. Any thoughts? | simdmello |
