26/11/2019 12:30 | The company has earned an average rating of buy from six research firms which is good. The stock has risen 5 times the current evaluation. I'd say, this is a good time to buy. | vanclark221

22/11/2019 11:38 | I have noticed an interest graph for this particular stock for a few months now. It opened at 2,495 today maintaining a P/E ratio of 25.18. Strongly feel accumulating for now is a good call. | jenniferravens
21/11/2019 19:15 | NMC Health spreads its wings across Muscat Enhancing healthcare options for the residential community in Al Hail and surrounding areas, NMC Health launched its third multispecialty hospital recently. With competent outpatient and inpatient services, the hospital not only addresses the medical gap in the area but also brings qualified clinicians, advanced medical technologies and facilities to citizens and residents. The inauguration of the new facility was officiated by HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Marhoon Al Mammari, State Counsellor along with Prasanth Manghat, CEO of NMC Health in Oman in the presence of officials from the Ministry of Health and staff members. The Undersecretary, Advisor of Health Affairs , Dr Sultan bin Ya’arub Al Busaidi from Ministry of Health congratulated everyone present at the event and said, “The Sultanate of Oman welcomes global players like NMC Health who are genuinely interested in creating the overall welfare of the community via a provision of quality and affordable healthcare.” Speaking on the occasion, NMC Health CEO and Executive Director Prasanth Manghat said, “NMC Health is committed to working with the Sultanate’s key stakeholders to help foster economic growth through the creation of jobs, economic diversification, as well as the promotion of healthcare tourism to further attract foreign tourists to the Sultanate and the GCC region.” The Al Hail facility, a top-notch primary and critical care 45 bedded hospital, is equipped with modular operation theatres, ICU beds, Labor and Delivery suites, comfortable inpatient rooms, state of the art laboratories, 15 OPD clinics, and a 24/7 emergency department. The hospital also offers a wide range of specialty facilities including Orthopedics, Urology, Obstetrics, Gynaecology, ENT, Pediatrics, Ophthalmology amongst others. The new modern multi-specialty hospital in the heart of the Seeb district will cater to major areas of Seeb (Mabela, Mawaleh) and Barka. The hospital will serve the approximate population of around half a million of the regions. Manghat added, “We believe quality healthcare is a fundamental right of every citizen, and we partner with every patient to ensure they receive the best-in-class healthcare services they deserve. The decision to continue expanding into Oman, to become the nation’s leading provider, is driven by NMC’s goal to provide the best possible healthcare to the Omani community, and it further demonstrates our overall commitment to ensuring healthcare for all.” NMC Healthcare forayed into the Sultanate two years ago with the acquisition of Atlas Hospitals and the then EMC, a premium brand of Cosmetology centre having 5 branches across Oman. Since then the growth has been quite progressive and well accepted by the residents and citizens of Oman. | aquaesulis01
21/11/2019 10:15 | With the current rate of 2,460 and a year on year high of 3,764 this looks like a definite good buy. Planning to go ahead with it. | roy65
21/11/2019 08:36 | johnr, this is a planned EGM to ratify the share buyback and the new renumeration package so nothing untoward. The recent increase in Blackrock holdings has probably been loaned out to shorters in a last bid attempt by them to drive the share price down and buy back in as cheaply as possible before the wider market wakes up to the good news story here and buys in | aquaesulis01
21/11/2019 06:58 | NMC have called an EGM. Things may be afoot, thus the performance these last few days. | johnrxx99
20/11/2019 10:37 | Since the Mkt CP is $5.42B and the 52-wk high is 3,764.00. Planning to invest in NMC, any thoughts? | jasoncabot
19/11/2019 10:20 | Looking back my initial buy into NMC was around £28 in December 2017 and added at £35 following year. Despite some recent top ups at £24 am still underwater with overall average at £32 so unable to say this has been a good constituent in my portfolio. However, I have retained my holding because it’s Brexit neutral and diversifies my portfolio. Feel now that tide is turning in our favour and if £28 barrier can be breached a return to the thirties can not be far away. RM | rampmeister
19/11/2019 10:17 | If we analyze, the company's market capitalization is $5.29B and it opened at 2,551.00 today. NMC has earned an average rating of buy from six research firms that are covering the company. Holding the stocks is definitely the best option for now. | noahsoares
19/11/2019 10:12 | Looks like I was wrong. Hands up, I did expect this to fall more but the last 2 days have proven me wrong. I still have a few £k tied up in NMC so I'm not in the least disappointed, just bemused how a few on here think their personal attacks can be merited. Onwards and upwards, just not as profitable as I'd expected. | yertiz
19/11/2019 09:35 | Indeed - announcement on their website and RNS. Meeting to approve buy back in around 2 weeks. On December 05, 2019. Exciting! This should support and floor the stock. | alexka1
19/11/2019 07:22 | Meeting to approve buyback 5/12/19. | podgyted
18/11/2019 11:57 | Positive moves today after the investors roadshow they did last week. Was in one of the meetings and it did convince me and give me further reassurance in the company, its management and strategy. Numbers are great as per the last updates we have seen and the guidance. Overall investor feedback was positive as also mentioned in the Barclays note issued last week. i would expect more institutional investors buying in post this roadshow and investors meetings that is still being conducted. There is a real dislocation in price between stock price and the results, the numbers and the expected growth in next 3 years. Bank analysts were all agreeing on this last point and once again all reiterating their view of a stock range of £35-£42. Many of the analyst have NMC as their top pick within all the healthcare sector and their top pick in global EM at moment. | alexka1
18/11/2019 09:47 | I observed the trend is upward these days and the P/E ratio is 25.71. I strongly believe it's the right time to invest in NMC to reap profit in the future. Any thoughts? | branj
18/11/2019 09:46 | AquaeSuliso1, thank you for your information, but, as with all statistical analysis, you can make it fit whichever plot or plan you want. Trendlines are highly time dependant and indicators will tell you 3 or 4 different things for the same time frame. If the ADX trend indicator is 'accurate' for a time say between August and now, then tracywalton suggests the trend is upwards. No, it isn't, there is no trend in this time (as you correctly point out), but if you extend back to August last year there is a very strong trend downwards. This is my guide. I may be wrong (often am!) but I'm not buying until I see an absolute bottom in the share price Still maintain £18 as my target to buy back/fill my boots, until then, and at this particular time with pressures much against stocks as a whole and NMC in particular, I'm holding cash. 17/11/2019 11:08 | By way of ADX explanation Yertiz, which I am sure you are aware of but others may not be, many technical chart analysts believe that an ADX value over 25 would suggest a strong trend. A reading under 20 would indicate no trend, and a reading from 20-25 would suggest that there is no clear trend signal. The ADX is typically plotted along with two other directional movement indicator lines, the Plus Directional Indicator (+DI) and Minus Directional Indicator (-DI). Some analysts believe that the ADX is one of the best trend strength indicators available. | aquaesulis01
17/11/2019 10:58 | Yertiz, as you place a lot of faith in trends, then this may interest you. NMC ADX value stands at 18.84. Average directional index (ADX 14) is a technical indicator that quantifies the strength of a trend regardless of its direction or momentum. The values of ADX range from 0 to 100 and are also important for distinguishing between trends and non-trends. Many traders will use ADX readings above 25 to suggest that the trend’s strength is strong enough for trend trading strategies. Conversely, when ADX is below 25, many will avoid trend trading strategies. | aquaesulis01
15/11/2019 10:21 | NMC has been on my radar for quite some time. As per my observation, the company is fundamentally strong and the stock trend has been upwards too. What's your opinion on this guys? | tracywalton |
