What I havent seen in here is this , if this does go into admin, the fact Is I think it can be saved, and will b saved, but if it doesn't , banks , major share holders may then decide to destroy this company, vindictive comes to mind, resulting in a non existent company non existent broken health care service relied on 10s of thousand for jobs and care, creating a mor problem more than the original debt

I worked in Arabia for two years, I know much of their thinking, respect is of course, their main theme, they actually have no issue with finance, as you can understand. The impression, that they wish to give, is "we are nice peeps etc...", they have an issue wrt pride. Money yes, think undervalued to an extent, treat wives like dirt, religion issues, way back in time. Probably convenient for us, that they are more concerned with their issue in their own Country, than worrying about a few Bln pounds in the stock market.

However, very polite people.

I also worked with Iraqi Navy both in Iraq and UK - No longer allowed comms with Chief Elec, retired, a good friend. His comms cut off a couple of years ago.

Sorry, I think it doesnt work like that , we are talking about huge global investments and stake holders, any lose to their shares will be subject to the global legal litigations and lawsuits, dont forget such of these big investments group already have got their litigation department ready for any legal issue. they are not like you or my self. if that happen consequently will create big scandal and damage the investments image in the UAE
so is better for them to inject and bail out the company with a liquidity to keep their face bright in front of the global investors
Dont forget they dont mind spending billions and billions to build up a tower in the town , I dont think so, they do mind to rescue the company ,their reputation and their face with few billions

Nael2020, I admit that short was brought about by Muddy Waters, OK made quite a few bucks, but hangers on, feel sorry. Did it myself once, local mine, lost a few quid, never again. Lesson learnt.

Will it come back to market, my guess is "No" unless, some Arabic person wishes "Not to lose face".

If so, current investees have a chance.

Remember. Arabs & those of their kind, rather rich and proud people, I respect them for that, but the division arises:- Pride versus Fraud?

Of course this Co. has been bounced from high, could just be lessoned through time, and holders forgotten, or ripped to pence?

According to some people statements which they think NMC shares they have no value , in that case the NMC ADR and bonds should be zero which are actually not
Any explanation ??
