Massive fraud, thus I would not have thought they could declare bankruptcy. Hopefully several will be caught out, and have to pay back.

The FTSE, FCA officials will have to sort this out, or UAE might step in, but I cant see that, as its fraud, and its got to be sorted out. I would have thought they could trace who took the money and were it went, as its not like its a few pounds, its 5 frigging Billion.

Let's see what UAE going to do . Are they going to arrest these crooks? As MW says this is a massive fraud . Unfortunately these American class 1 action law suits not going to help and may force the company to declare backrupcy to shrug off any future liabilities. Let's see what does the next RNS says.

I fully expect none of the culprits will do time. A profit sharing agreement "arrangement" will no doubt be reached with some nice accommodating sheikh who will then allow them the liberty of his little fiefdom.

So far the 3 class action lawsuits appear to be only for shareholders of the US listed ADRs. Has anyone seen a UK law firm offering to represent shareholders in the UK listing?
