11/3/2020 19:22 | Lenders had an indirect hand in this bogus and fraudulent debt accumulations. We are dealing with criminal and unlawful activities .this is not a normal case of directors making a wrong investment and taking the company to bankruptcy where share holders will lose everything...this is different we are talking about fraudulent activities where lenders negligence has contributed to this. Lenders and share holders need to sit down and find away forward. Especially now that we have few very influential investors , even Trump may get involve to help his golf body! I can only hope! | karateboy
11/3/2020 18:16 | From 23/12/19 ..... Announcement of Independent Review NMC Health plc (LSE: NMC) states that, following the attack on the Company last week, we issued a detailed rebuttal and are disappointed with the very material and, we believe, unwarranted share price reaction. Our independent Audit Committee and our new independent Disclosure Committee respectively monitor and review disclosure and financial reporting to ensure that it is accurate and complete. In addition to this ongoing governance structure and the statements we have made to date to provide additional reassurance to shareholders, the Company will be commencing an independent third-party review, undertaken by a leading accounting firm, to review the assertions made by certain third parties. This independent review will be overseen by a committee made up of a majority of Independent Non-Executive Directors of the Company, which is being formed. We are confident that this review, when complete, will be entirely confirmatory of the disclosures provided by the Company to date. We will also be progressing relevant legal and regulatory options following the actions taken by third parties to mislead the market and manipulate the share price. The Company believes that the current share price is not a fair reflection of the value of the Company which has a consistent track record of strong growth and cash generation. We will keep investors updated as we progress these initiatives in the coming weeks. | quidzinn
11/3/2020 17:37 | Maybe they spent the money on an oil well | smcni1968
11/3/2020 17:31 | We will have to wait for more information before we can really assess what has gone on here. If it is a case of a rogue director(s) or majority shareholder obtaining debt in the name of the company and then using those funds for other purposes, and thus the funds never reached the company, how would anyone (including the auditors) uncover this. The only people that would know that something is not right, other than the perpetrators, is the debt providers, but only if they all sat in a room together added up what they had lent and then tried to reconcile the total back to what the company was publishing in its accounts. | nickoftime

I am hoping with help from UAE to save face, company will be re-listed with massive debt reduction and 20/80 ownership in faviour of creditors. 11/3/2020 11:53 | I thought I had sold out of this one completely last year.....but discovered a small forgotten 1k tranche in one of my ISA's. Opps! Begs the question, what on earth are the Big Four Accounting Firms doing. Another Fts100 debacle missed by the auditors. The big four are not fit for purpose and the cosy cartel MUST be broken up. Its scandalous that it takes a SHORT investment boutique to identify the problems. | dtaliadoros
