I have since had a second reply, to my second email to JC, I think he has been frank & honest in this reply.
He like use all is totally frustrated, but I do think Rick may have pulled the wool over his eyes.

His Value may have been worth 22mil at 14p Although what did they cost him to aquire???

My value at 14p was £28k but with a year of averaging down & spending another £10k I now have a value of about £3.5k hence saying all
In the same boat is no help whatsoever..

I can add that I have just had a reply from JC..read into it what you like.
A 4 liner, short and sweet, shares our concerns!!!

But, his value has declined from £22,000,000 (14p at Rick appointment) to currently £600,000 approx...

So yes, I bet he is also concerned!!!!

Of course Bramhill and Tedesco are directly responsible for where HAWK is today. The acreage was bought by them and in full knowledge of what the potential was, which was of course completely un-related to what the Company suggested in its blurb and press releases. That is of course IMHO and I could just be over-estimating their combined 50 years oil exploration experience.
