So we could know July production by around a week Monday!!!

Unless Rick decided to release total figures for those two months!!

Why aren't they developing Jolly Ranch , ie shale .... that was what this Company was founded upon. The conventional field was found almost by accident.
We really have no idea as to what Claesson has in mind.
I just hope that long suffering small shareholders benefit from any future development.

Your balanced views are welcome by me mallorca. I also have a significant holding but genuinely think they will recover. If they don't I will hold until it puts me out of my misery.

well I'm guessing that you have around 2m shares - very similar to the holding I had.
My own thinking was that this one could go to zero - because owners here will look after themselves and think nothing of shafting small holders.
I've followed PMG for years and they have build up a huge asset base and have no debt.
Although it will be a long haul, once Tom Cross decides that the time is right to commercialise those assets then it can over time increase massively - look at Hurrican's share price / MC (HUR) ... 10 times PMG's with no production !


Be careful you don't loose all here .... £10k well placed may recover your £100k + over time.

Gosh .. such hostility.
Please don't blame me for the performance of Hawk and I'm sure that you wish PMG well.
As for me talking trash ... I'm relatively well informed re Hawk and it's history.
I hope it pick's up, however it's much more likely that small investors will loose all here ... in my humble opinion.

Phil, what's the current value of your holding ... I'm guessing about £10k ?

Mallorca 9 told us some time ago that he had sold his entire Hawk holding at a loss and had bought shares in PMG. His PMG investment is now underwater so he is back on this board trash talking a company that a few short months ago he was saying had great prospects. I doubt anyone here is interested in your thoughts Mallorca 9 as we are grown up boys who are quite capable of taking our own view of the situation.

the value of the whole company is circa £5m but they are £50m in debt with falling revenue.

One or two big sells ... are they your's Phil ?

Yes some buy's but importantly the bid is still at 0.3p - the mm's just don't want these now.
So someone who has just paid 0.5p is now staring at the screen already 40% down !

The share price has dropped in that way because the mm's don't want them.
The problem isn't so much will WF work or will future drills be successful (if they can fund them), but rather (for me ) a total distrust in management / owners.
It looks as if they're just lining their own pockets and using this as a bank paying 15%pa. My fear was and is that when the time is right for them, they will delist.
Rick has no pride or care for small shareholders, many who have invested part of their pensions here. Rick pick's up £350k pa plus pension contributions for carrying out the owners wishes.
It all just leaves you feeling that you need a good shower. What to do if you're in here big though ? - we all fear that the share will suddenly shoot up. The debt is over £50m with $21m owed to the bank. I'll be very surprised if the bank doesn't demand a further repayment this year. If the bank pulls the plug by the way, the major shareholder has first option - ie it goes private.
They are even forcing you to vote away your statutory right that they make you an offer for you shares once the concert party has more that 30% of shares - disgusting !
I can only see this ending one way I'm afraid.
