The noteholders (who's loans are unsecured but who receive 15% interest pa) have agreed to roll the loans over for another 12 months - that has happened !
Yes there will be a general meeting next year to vote - to enable them to take shares at 1p each rather than the Company having to repay the debt.
Finances appears to be sorted for the next 12 months.
It worth understanding who the noteholders are ..... they are the two major shareholders and their family members (the Concert Party).
If they convert to shares then this will take their holding to over 30 % (but less than 50%). Normally this (over 30%) would mean that they have to make an offer to other shareholders - to buy their shares. This is the right that they will want you to vote away - as we have done before.

The 'below 50%' is important. Above this level they could make a hostile takeover - go private. They cannot do this unless they acquire 50% + of the shares.

All going well here. 5 drill permits applied for in broken spear and WF stabilising production at over 800 per day. Confirmation of increase in recoverable reserves will come soon.
Oil price on the rise too. Expect a good vibe from the interims - the worst is behind us.

I don't know why Rick prefers dilution rather than paying off the debt in March, May and September. 2018. The company is producing, selling at higher prices than last year now and most likely will generate enough cash to pay debt and maybe even will be able to negotiate further main facility in mid next year. Any dilution will kill us all here.

How many s/holders are there below 50,000...all wiped out.

Debt for equity...will only make a difference to loan note holders

I now await an RNS informing us of a share consolidation..that will force the hand of small holders to buy more share up to a rounded figure, or sell, or do nothing and lose everything!!!

RR..SG used to issue monthly production figures...Rick decided to go quarterly...that is yet to happen.

I can't see noteholders holding this up for this reason.

My take was a circular was being prepared to send out for s/holders to vote on.

But, a big but, as I have said many times, s/holders need up to date information to make an informed vote option.

I did speak to Hawk's Investors relations manager a short time ago. They told me, the production release of numbers is approx 45 days behind. This allows for processing and to allow them not to have to adjust the figures constantly, as things/process/results change.They await the noteholders decision to take cash or shares, as we do. They said - no comment - they couldnt second guess what the banks might do & that they have options. Moving to the Caribbean, for a sunshine break, wasnt mentioned.

Great, they put out an RNS today, but why not include the August figure, they know what that is.

Does that also show a decline, from July!!!

Besides Chuck's years of experience debacle (lol), in the wider picture, thankfully oil seems to be finally, going upwards. The Co. figures should be interesting.

Three yrs ago he had over 33 yrs experience, he now has over 34 yrs, possibly his attendance in work is pro-rata!!

Communication, is an important avenue to communicate how well or bad a Co is currently doing.

Whoever is overseeing this mode of communication is NOT doing a thorough job.

Relax,
stable production at over 800 barrels per day.
If WF enables this to continue for another 3 years from this field then that's a great base to build the Company from.

I see another downward trend here.

During August one of the injection wells was off line for a period of time (not sure how long), due to leak...may not effect production, but pressure!!!
