10/6/2016 09:44 | This is now a juggling execise by directors as outcome must be known, as the most difficult part is how to get more money from shareholders and keep them happy and optomistic at the same time...... promise's etc. and then carrying out!!!! | maxwell
10/6/2016 09:05 | I'm on the fence and still think this is a good punt. It is a very similar situation to CAZA. Longer this bank stuff goes on the worst it gets. The bank wants their money back but hawk have no means to pay. Cleason can fund but will do it at the cost of shareholders. So it could be a very bad story here. However youthe only thing going for Hawk is the price of oil is going up and their production cost is very low. If they pull off this refinancing I can very well envisage 4p if not a return back to the 12p days. | balbains324
10/6/2016 08:30 | Hhhmmm not the rns we all wanted, fingers and everything else crossed.Be lucky to all. | chesty1
10/6/2016 08:22 | Possible shareholders may be expected to cough up more cash... Rights Issue, Placing etc ??? ' Roughly Borrowings $27 million Market Cap $15 million ==================== Enterprise $42 million | togglebrush

10/6/2016 07:24 | i also see these three weeks of uncertainty as a further opportunity for further top ups sub 1p | philmac56
10/6/2016 07:23 | It has mentioned possible third party funding in the last few Bank Negotiation RNSs, so nothing new to worry about. I also don't think the bank is 'not happy' about anything, it just takes time to negotiate a deal and as the bank extends the waiver to the convenants , the situation gets more positive for HAWK (PoO, waterflood approval and reserves increase). | troutisout
10/6/2016 07:19 | There are consequences to this RNS... if it gets stretched out to 30th June. We have a commitment to drill two remaining wells for JV, or start them!! by end of June! Failure will result in a cost/charge of $1.8m, which we learnt about for the first time in the Ann report. Charge $1.8m...v...Drill cost $2.5m?? and have two dusters or two new fields?? So if the Bank will not renegotiate until closer to 30th June, where are we going to have money to drill those two wells?? Do the Bank not have faith in Rick & his team??? Thoughts/answers on a postcard!!! | philmac56
10/6/2016 07:16 | I'd concur Mallorca. The bank would have pulled the plug already otherwise | blakieboy7
10/6/2016 07:15 | This is obviously being sorted for once and for all. | mallorca 9
10/6/2016 07:10 | Well we have an RNS but not what we expected...... They really have not bothered to edit the last RNS about the Bank Loan, as this refers to.... RBL in the light of current and anticipated Company results. Which we already know. So in the doldrums / limbo land until end of month now, share price stagnant?? share price fall?? Bank still not happy about something???? Rick in charge???? Who knows!!! In anticipation of the renegotiation of the Company's banking arrangements described in the Company's announcement of 1 April 2016 (and updates on 18 April and 16 May 2016), certain RBL covenants and repayment requirements have been waived by CBA until 30 June 2016, in order to allow CBA and the Company further time to agree to possible amendments to the covenant and debt repayment provisions of the RBL in the light of current and anticipated Company results. Whilst the Company expects that the new banking arrangements may be agreed at, or before, that time, there can be no guarantee that any agreement will be reached or as to the terms of that agreement, including the possible requirement for the provision of third party capital. A further announcement will be made in due course. | philmac56
10/6/2016 07:08 | Reference to the requirement for possible third party capital | blakieboy7
10/6/2016 07:04 | RNS - waivers extended til the end of June | blakieboy7

10/6/2016 06:50 | Surely we have to get an RNS today? Even if it's just to say talks are ongoing etc | blakieboy7
09/6/2016 22:23 | Mallora....drill rig will need to be moved into place pretty rapidly to get the bit turning. If I recall we were frilling a well in around 10 days, so we have plenty of time. Cogcc could some show which wells are to be bored. | philmac56
09/6/2016 21:06 | I'm hoping for news in the morning | blakieboy7
09/6/2016 20:42 | Will probably have to wait until Monday for our RNS. There is no doubt in my mind at all though that refinancing will be announced. I also think that it will be pretty comprehensive and will include money for the two remaining Monarch drills as well as WF. Just wondering though whether it will dilute ? I actually think not though as Claessen owns 16% of the issued shares. More likely a capital injection from him and maybe another, with very attractive options. | mallorca 9
