Based on the reserves estimate given, with water flood , this field will now produce circa 2000 bopd for 3 years.
That's a very good base to have.

They need a lot more than this Waterflood to keep them going good though. And that is where my confidence plummets in Rick. Plus fighting this case cost us how much?

must admit I enjoyed typing away last night and listening to how in my view Nighthawk presented a very professional argument, supported by good lawyers or whoever was sitting with the speakers at the time. The presentation on the PowerPoint was easy to follow and many speakers did not get forced into giving answers off the cuff. It has restored my faith that the company at least do have a strategy...finance obviously needs to be sorted but as I reported last night they need $2.5million cap ex but with a return projected at $12.1 million who would not support this going forward..... I cannot see RF trying to buy out as they certainly did not come across with clear arguments why nighthawk should have lost the case.

That's my trade just gone through. I'm in again just for a punt, I think there is lots of upside here now and refinancing is the biggest issue. If we get the deal which is 50:50 at the moment then awsome I will see these go back upto 4p. if we don't then I will flog them and take it on the chinny chin chin.

There have been a lot of shares sloshing around the market this year and these will take time to work their way through the market. Two momentum cycles have appeared this year with similar volumes and time scales for low to high, a flat spot in between , and, following debt issue, a down leg. IF Debt is resolved this week it could take 42 working days for volume to work through the market and a normal market at higher prices return.

Another step along the way - the Knutson family may now approach to offer an agreement if they are fearful that their oil is being siphoned away otherwise they are just losing Revenue - in the end money usually has the loudest voice - should also make Bank negotiations easier or if not the ability to find fresh financing more practical.

1) Bank loan agreed & renegotiated.
2) Rick shows faith in his future plan for hawk and purchases shares.

It will also lead to a reserves upgrade due to higher recoverable amounts.
This will later be enhanced again by the adjustment for the higher oil price.
This will lead to our overdraft limit being increased.
All the reverse of what has happened over the past 18 months.

Could we even hit oil in Monarch !
