Takeiteasy.

Well put. My thoughts too.

Let us hope we are both wrong, but that is exactly ofer's record.

I do not know what others think but if we have another Ofer sob story about his staff issues, IT development issues, TTD taking his business away, general economic distress being so unhelpful to trading and cannot find a way to show some at least top line growth for 2024, I very much hope not but the chart suggests some possible downside from here...

We all need to keep up a positive spirit i know but experience has been so nasty here you have to be ready psychologically for another "Low punch" from the firm...sadly to even have to say this....

Or that no Ofer currently has zero cred other than having his face firmly in trough

Thanks gadgie. If they break up googles search monopoly they also have to break up the adtech monopoly. If they do both, the TAM for us goes up in multiples.

If we can get rid of just half of googles competition and the price fixing they do with ads then we can double or triple or revenue in a short period of time.

Momentum is gathering to push for the google break up. Also Walmart bought Vizio??? Walmart buying a TV maker and acr data proprietary owner??? They're all after acr data!!

Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) said it's now time to break up large companies like the Justice Department did with IBM.

Warren believes Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN) shouldn't be allowed to dominate a new field and wants the tech giant to be blocked from operating large language models, the Democratic senator said at a Bloomberg event in DC.

The Massachusetts senator also said she wants Google (NASDAQ:GOOGL) to be broken into search and browsing companies.

On Friday Warren called for regulators to "scrutinize" Walmart's (WMT) planned $2.3 billion purchase of TV maker Vizio Holding (VZIO).

"Walmart's deal with @VIZIO is a warning bell," Warren posted on X on Friday. "Giant corporations are copying @Amazon’s playbook: buy or kill competitors in commerce, entertainment, and advertising. Regulators should scrutinize whether this merger will extend Walmart’s dominance and threaten competition."

Warren is a harsh critic of many deals and last week came out against Capital One's (COF) planned $35 billion acquisition of Discover Financial (DFS), saying that transaction should be blocked.

Magnite getting a nice rise currently 18% on the back of the Pubmatic results before their update tomorrow.

Unfortunately Nexxen not currently joining the party, which is good news for our buyback price 😕 I guess!

With regards to the recent news and partnership with peerlogix, my 2 cents:

We already have a discovery tool that used to belong to Amobee and is in fact likely to be more developed and more powerful than the one of Peerlogix given the reach that it has built over the years.

hxxps://www.amobee.com/research-insights/audience-discovery/
hxxps://nexxen.com/nexxen-discovery/

I'd think all this partnership does is just expanding on that segment so we can leverage our platform to its maximum to take advantage of political spends towards year end and go to the market with a proposition around the lines of "Trump why don't you use our discovery tool, find out who is watching Biden's videos, set up a campaign targeting that custom audience and push/brainwash them with a bunch of display and ctv ads showing how inapt he is for another term? We at Nexxen can take care of all of that for you"

This is a perfect political weapon for candidates to go grab other candidate's votes..or the votes of those who aren't yet sure who to vote for.
Of course it is still extremely valuable for any brand to be able to create a custom audience based on what people are seeing online across a bunch of devices but the jackpot this year is really the US campaigns.
