31/1/2012 11:03 | he's just been told he's not getting a new contract at Man Utd, so probably feeling a bit put out | brando69
31/1/2012 10:49 | Sorry MJ but the constant posting of nothing from him was doing my head in,what will be will be when buying into these small companies, some you win some you lose...... | ravel morrison
31/1/2012 09:33 | RM, a bit uncalled for and when you say US you certainly aren't speaking for me. If you are getting a bit stressed it's no one else's fault. | melton john
31/1/2012 09:19 | Nice to see that you are still adding value as a poster on this thread, why do you have to indulge in pointless name calling I guess your mindset is of a primitive nature. I suppose so primitive you can only talk in grunts and swing a club. Now get back to your sad little life and keep the name calling off the thread | sweepie2
31/1/2012 07:18 | Still no results, this is turning into abit of a shambles, is today the last day they have to release the results before they get suspended? | sweepie2
30/1/2012 08:33 | Oh dear very sensitive to any trades as a £117 sell knocks the price down, indicates that MMs don't want to hold this paper in any quantities | sweepie2
30/1/2012 08:04 | I note that people on iii are claiming this is the end of NXS as we know it and that its a strong sell but until we know what their future strategic approach will be, is it abit early to damm them completely as nearly all the old guard have departed. The sale of Resilience I would guess is happening because of a lack of sales and as there hasn't been an update on them for a year this is probably true. The new directtors seem to have a good track record in turning around poor performing companies so maybe we should hold off from clicking the sell buttom until we know more. It did feel a strange decision to release Fridays news before we knew why, results are probably released tomorrow hopefully we will then find out why Fridays RNS | sweepie2
28/1/2012 13:38 | tw calls the the shots | jammytass
27/1/2012 18:57 | I hope there is some thinking behind this decision when the results are released | sweepie2
27/1/2012 15:31 | Good or bad? | sweepie2
27/1/2012 15:10 | looks like they want to sell what they can then merg with avi | jammytass
27/1/2012 15:09 | 10,000 SELL AT .22P JUST BROUGHT THE PRICE DOWN OUCH | sweepie2
27/1/2012 12:21 | The company was original bought for $1.8mln. Do the maths, if it can be sold for a value North of these for cash. The current market cap is £2.7 mln. This could have a significant positive impact on the company. Lets see what can be done and how much value has been created since purchase. | berny3
27/1/2012 10:59 | sweepie2 - That's what I am relying on. TW will do whatever he can to make a profit here so any deals done need to be good enough to make up for the losses he is carrying from earlier purchases. | marab
27/1/2012 10:46 | Just too soon to comment but TW has such a big stake he wants/needs a good return from. | sweepie2
27/1/2012 10:40 | sweepie2 - do you think the idea now is to slim down the company or make a new cash shell for TW to play with? | marab
27/1/2012 09:55 | Bloody giggle that a buy at .23p of just 210,000 shares can prompt the MMs to put up the price by 8.5% on a spread of .22-.28p. Kills any possible market | sweepie2
27/1/2012 09:50 | I don't see that they need the cash unless they are already looking at a purchase as the recent trading statement indicated that they had found £500,000 of cost savings and therefore had increased their cash balances by abit. I expect further news over the coming weeks but far from being so interested that I would buy more | sweepie2
27/1/2012 09:42 | Why does that appear just before results? I have to say i find that a bit disturbing to be honest, maybe they just feel Resilience isn't delivering the contracts old management dreamed of (and maybe they need the cash, which, if so, would hardly be surprise to anyone I suspect!). | microscope
27/1/2012 09:38 | Resilience is now a profitable company compared to when NXS bought it therefore it follows that a good profit on the sale should be made. I wonder what the directors aim to do with the money? Where is Bishopawn? | sweepie2
27/1/2012 08:38 | II note that HTT are looking for a business to reverse into and raised new funds yesterday as we share a couple of directors with them, is there a chance they may reverse into Resilience. Just a mad idea | sweepie2
27/1/2012 08:32 | No interest in these which isn't surprising, wonder why they brought this out as an announcememt when they could have combined the results with this and saved £500 | sweepie2
27/1/2012 07:42 | If I remember rightly they also picked up Resilience at a bargain price so I would expect them to make a profit on a sale but as they have disappointment every time in the past I wouldn't put my house on it | sweepie2
27/1/2012 07:36 | So you feel all the different parts of NXS will be sold, that's considering that they can get somebody to purchase. | sweepie2 |
