News out,the company is going to try and find buyers for Resilience including a poss MBO. Will be interesting to see whether the market takes this as good news, I would say on balance they will. Really turning their backs on the old directors

And again no results, only got three more trading days , wonder if its been taken to the wire for a reason ie massive new contract to be announced at the same time.........blast my alarm clock just went off LOL

I'm in there as well with a couple million so don't care but as I'm also here with a couple I care about what is happening here as I've got no worries that I will sell out of PINN with the share price in pennies but at the rate we are going here the take out figure will be zero

Does anybody know when the results are being released and have an idea of what the new approach is going to be. I note HTT have risen today, wondering aloud whether it has anything to do with NXS?

Why has he landed at HTT when its a sale of assets and no new money being raised, interesting that as a cash shell they are looking at investing in technology companies and have our chairman as a new non ex chairman.
Could be a link to future corporate links between us and them.
