I think the chairman's report covered it Knowing. We have to wait and see.

Presumably major shareholders got Barney Battles and crew in to get rid of expensive directors and other unnecessary costs, and maximize value for shareholders. Since 1 November 2011 we have been saving quite an amount of money that would have been paid out on salaries. That said, there may be some exceptional costs of severance.

If Resilience is sold at a reasonable price, the funds could be useful in acquiring another IT/Media Company on AIM. I am told that the costs of being on AIM can be as high as £350,000 per annum. Merger would be an immediate saving of that sum by having only one listing on AIM. Purchase arrangements may not involve all the money upfront, but staggered over two or three years conditional on turnover/profitability of the acquisition company.

It is up to Barney Battles the Executive Chairman of Nexus to show us what he can do to excite the share price.

An all time low. Can it go lower? I wouldn't touch it until some hard news is released. Better a punt on lottery tickets.

and yes, to get a bit biblical on you, I do believe that Tommy Winkyflop is the chosen one, sent among us to guide us in our investments, turning wine into water, and parting us from our bread with a sea of red, with nothing fishy at all. no sirree bob

was it not supposed to be a rip roring stock for 2010 or was it 2011 no I got that wrong it's 2012, but likley to come good 2013 or maybe 2014 or until it has to be said I appologise for a disapointing ....... that I poured shed loads of other peoples money into without a care and extremely little research. I do hope nobody followed my recomendation......... but please look out for our latest tip I am sure if I post a new tip every other day I can say how good a handful of them have been or even show you how good my fund is doing and sing from teh tree tops when it is going well but go very quiet when it all looks sh*t and then tell everyone how I am differenet from every other investment manager and thinking of you the investor as I charge you a stonking 5% upfront fee and rip you off with a 2% annual management fee but smile as I do it. Thank you suckers I am great so please do not ask me any questions.

Do I sound bitter.....I feel the most for those that came in to the fund close to the peaks....

One reason why these stocks are so poorly priced is the market may factor in the outcome if any of the funds run into a liquidity crisis and have to meet redemptions......how much would you get a fire side sell of NXS.

I am long but do feel the price has been supressed by the factor mentioned above. In reality the company should have been left tp go to wall years back rather than the amount of other peoples cash pumped in.

I rember way back when T1ps realy went for (can't rember the tipsters name) over 3DM. Shall we say Karma...

It will be interesting to see if a stake builder in the wings mopps up the slack today or tomorrow. That 4.5 million BUY a few days ago showed some adept foot work on the part of the buyer and the market makers.

Can't blame punters for dumping the stock as nobody has a scobby on the future direction of the company and current trading. Will fall alot further, who knows could reach my .10p target more quickly than what I expect.

I was one of just two PIs who attended the AGM - it was very official and over in about four minutes with no update on future prospects or the strategic review.

Brief chat afterwards with Barney Battles - clear there is still a hell of a lot of work to be done but he stressed that his reputation was on the line. I found him far more convincing than the previous management - not that that is saying much !!!
