03/9/2019 17:38 | No, because you would still be checking to see if you really ought to have sold. Regret, and all that. | chucko1
03/9/2019 17:05 | The Sell button would have the same effect. | eeza
03/9/2019 16:41 | Methadone, I suspect. | spectoacc
03/9/2019 16:40 | Like smoking, cutting from 20 a day to, say, 10 a day will have some benefits. Less so is even better. It was either Munger or Buffett who said that the day they learned to “not turn on the ‘quote machine’” Is there an NHS patch for this? | chucko1
03/9/2019 16:19 | Transient it is - long term, inclusion/exclusion is irrelevant. Short term, ie today, it's everything :) I try not to look at NRR share price 20x a day but being one of biggest holdings, I fail. Edit - it'll be very interesting, my maths says NRR still out, just, vs CARD & IPO. Market thinks otherwise. Will find out tomorrow pm. | spectoacc
03/9/2019 15:43 | Interesting! INTU certainly come off today. INTU out regardless mind, the battle is NRR with the next few lowest, particularly CARD. NRR's RNS timing now looks highly suspicious, ahead of a Capital Markets Day not due until 26th Sept. Good on 'em ;) | spectoacc
03/9/2019 15:24 | Contrary to Russel FTSE indicative changes NRR will probably stay in FTSE250 and Intu will exit. Today's Price movements probably reflect that. https://www.ftseruss | einsensei
03/9/2019 13:56 | Interesting rise again in line with us premarket trading | marksp2011
03/9/2019 12:32 | Speedsgh, on your point, I agree. If they are selling off the Crown Jewels, and are left with the lesser properties, that would be reflected in the future rents and hence available income. This is consistent with the point I made above. | chucko1
03/9/2019 12:26 | At 13% yield, so long as income remains steady, frankly, who cares? The small capital gains or losss associated with the sales are de minimi by comparison. Nice to have when comparing with a more usual 8% yield, but that’s not where we’re at right now. To some, though, such sales provide reassurance to those who require reassurance! My own reassurance is provided by the continuing adherence to the income targeted in the most recent financial reviews. If that continues, everything else takes care of itself, so long as you have the correct timeframe for investing in this stock, and an appropriate mentality for such an investment! Considering the most recent volatility, it seems I am in the minority, but therein lies the value. | chucko1
03/9/2019 11:56 | Yes, recent disposals above Book are positive. Just so long as they are not selling off the crown jewels so that they are left with lower quality portfolio. I know their strategy is to buff up lower quality assets through asset management initiatives so that they then become tomorrow's crown jewels. Maybe share price is indicating that the market thinks that future newly-buffed crown jewels will be worth less than today's crown jewels? | speedsgh
03/9/2019 11:18 | Market issues usual response. | eeza
03/9/2019 10:31 | Well it lends credence that for now the book value is accurate. | hpcg
03/9/2019 07:33 | RNS reads well. A repeat of the £29.9m of disposals at 0.9% under Book, but also "completed, exchanged or is under offer" on a total of 57.9m, ie including the above, at 1.2% above Book. That's thanks to £28m at 3.6% above Book, making a total on schedule to be above the 5% annual churn. The good part is that we've gone from being told disposals are being made below Book, to them now being above Book, and overall for year now likely to be higher than Book and for higher % of portfolio. All we need now is better news on footfall at next results. | spectoacc
02/9/2019 20:24 | Woodford's idiocy has skewed a large slice of the Stockmarket, and will soon be followed by his protege Barnett. | eeza
02/9/2019 19:33 | Eeza, likely true in most cases - certainly true in some. If some fool in the market is handing out money for free, one might as well take it for fear that someone else will! | chucko1
02/9/2019 18:50 | The shorts were only opened to front run Woodford's forced selling. | eeza
02/9/2019 16:59 | probably nothing fundamental, just deeply oversold and I imagine shorts are now buying dips. | indalo
02/9/2019 16:51 | Sterling down 1 cent against the Dollar? | eeza
02/9/2019 15:48 | Interesting rocket under this at 1400 today. US interest? | marksp2011

29/8/2019 07:27 | Peel u/g to Buy, not that you can set much store by brokers, but anyone got the note? | spectoacc |
