02/11/2015 12:09 | As long as you have a listing and some cash in the bank there's hope. I just doubt whether there is enough cash to acquire an interest in an asset that will produce enough profit to feed this corporate beast that's eating £100k pm. Bound to be a fund raising imo. | cyan
02/11/2015 12:03 | With 3 BILLION SHARES in issue is there any hope? The consolidation would have to be at 10,000 to 1 to be meaningful | mypension
30/10/2015 15:17 | Your £2.7m cash is a good amount for NEW. Forget about SER that needs a miracle. | tidy 2
30/10/2015 14:53 | SER has around £330,000. As per my earlier calculations , I estimate NEW to have £2.7 million which is a LOT better than SER who face potential $500k decommissioning liabilities for the, imo, next to useless Kansas 'assets' The one thing NEW does not need is CO and his 'team' taking control because it appears they are not liked and NEW would risk their nomad walking like they did at SER. In fairness, I have to say, NEW have a challenges to overcome if its to recover. Lot of patience required and, imo, down the line some more funding will be required. Have to see what the new teams plans are. | cyan
30/10/2015 14:28 | New with £3m cash. Ser ? | tidy 2
30/10/2015 13:51 | Here's what Chrisoil thinks; Chris Oil @chrisoil · 13m13 minutes ago NWOG Action Group RNS #NEW what a bunch of wets 0% voting rights are they on drugs? Ben Turney failed businessman 27 times does it again. ++++++++++++++++++++ Talking of failures ;I would be worrying more about SER if I was he. Where's their nomad? | cyan
30/10/2015 13:16 | NWOGaction has successfully fulfilled its objective of securing an AGM date for New World Oil & Gas, which includes an agenda with independent directors for election to the board. NWOGaction is delighted that the company's shareholders now have the opportunity to cast their votes and set their company on an exciting new course. Now that the concert party formed by members of NWOGaction has achieved its objective, this concert party has formally disbanded. NWOGaction will continue as an independent campaign group, in support of the candidacies of Adam Reynolds and Nicholas Lee for election to the board of directors. NWOGaction will campaign vigorously against the reappointment of Peter Sztyk to the board. | tidy 2

29/10/2015 21:46 | From Ben,Happy to see Reyonld and Lee work togetherReynolds' and Lee's election to the board on 17 November will be a transformational event for New World. Once the company is cleaned up it will have so much going for it. Apart from the strength of the new team and its cash pile, New World also attracts an incredible amount of retail attention for such a small stock. Sentiment towards the company has been crushed after all that has happened, but once this turns the shares could fly. Based on their track records of introducing cracking deals to cash shells, the Reynolds/Lee combination has the potential to be incredibly potent. Shareholders now need to throw their support behind these two men and if all goes to plan we could all see fireworks in 2016. | tidy 2

29/10/2015 09:32 | And I think that calling BT "Turnip" suggests you have a bit of a personal issue with him that may be tainting your opinion. Many people will just want the share price to go up and one of those will be Mr Lee. | gheebee
