Like SER, it would not surprise me if a rabbit isn't pulled out of the hat here to use up some of the funds, making NEW less attractive to a predator.

Management rarely hand over the keys, losing their jobs in the process, and quietly walk away.

I suspect that CO and associates have given up on NEW and are looking for a reasonable exit . BT seems to have the momentum and why rock the leaky boat if BT can cause the share price to improve.

Coincidentally ; Alliance I believe are CO's broker.
