27/10/2015 14:52 | I guess a lot of sells are being made into this mini rise Surprised as thought shareholders would hold out for more? Ah well never mind just have to be patient. I am slightly down but not much Need 0.82 to break even. Maybe t=today will be the day to no longer be in the red. | billthebank
27/10/2015 14:40 | We will see tidy we will see. Personally am hoping for a rise but not confident. I did like the RNS though so who knows | billthebank

27/10/2015 10:18 | Paleje, It's a lifestyle vehicle for the directors, first and foremost. The fiasco last summer brought them funds by serendipity, so now they hang on as long as possible whilst the new funds are slowly expiring, and directors earn a salary each month. The whole AIM market is becoming very tainted with all these type of situations, it's hard to see how this will continue for much longer, there's little or no protection for investors, the city are in reality clearing out punters bank accounts, under the guise of a 'regulated market'. The city looks after their own......... | andy
27/10/2015 09:33 | I think it's a bit pointless making comments as if this were a regular company, it is not. It's a shambles, I'd me amazed to find an institution on board, the co is a punt that's all, the gamble being that the incompetents will be turfed out by whatever means and share price goes up or, by some miracle, get something right and the share price goes up. The risk is obvious enough but some fairly serious money is on the share price improving one way or another. Elcapital is dead right about the insti's, you see it every day, brokers and press commentators too. | paleje
27/10/2015 09:19 | El C, Agreed, but when they aren't in at all it's a bad sign, IMO. remember all the posts about Forum being experts? they only have the company's word, much the same as everyone else. | andy
27/10/2015 07:33 | Not sure about that. Insti's get it wrong too, all the time. Just look at QPP and GBO | elcapital
26/10/2015 22:54 | RBall, Yes the lack of institutional investors is a clear red flag. | andy
26/10/2015 21:53 | Paleness, not quite true. An institutional investor eg Fidelity, can lend credence to a Board and facility future fund raising through access channels to investors. A quorum cannot do this.Ps: if a company doesn't have instituion a on the register - then avoid. Simple. | r ball
26/10/2015 11:05 | A concerted action group with notable individual investors can have the same effect as large institutions, all they need is the votes. Depends how determined they are, I think it's 3 months to force an EGM for instance. Sit back and watch. Yes a casino at times, perhaps casinos aren't as crooked. | paleje
26/10/2015 08:46 | paleje, The market regulations ensure the board hold all the aces. It's only when institutions gang up on the directors (there are no institutional holders of note here so it cannot happen) or they require funding and nobody will fund without changes,or when the NOMAD threatens to walk, that change can be forced. Here they are well funded, presumably the NOMAD is happily receiving his fees on a regular basis, and they are stalling the AGM. Welcome to reality on AIM, it really is a casino. | andy
25/10/2015 21:55 | Another month is drawing towards its end; another £100k off the cash pile just to keep the lights on. Another share jinxed by the attention of chrisoil and his sidekicks. | cyan
25/10/2015 20:54 | I know the incompetents will do all they can to cling on for as long as poss, Andy, encouraged by their useless advisers who also want to cream what they can. I think someone said 3 months so end Jan before they have to hold an AGM, I haven't seen that myself but the action group will be aware, so will Paternoster who bought 8% of the co only a few weeks ago, so will MTR who kept a holding after making an astute trade. Others too. My point is that people closer to the action than we, as pi's, are will be well aware of what's happening and what if anything can be done to counter it, they may not be able to say much but I doubt they will be sitting idle. I only have a small stake but I think the chances of showing a profit are still pretty good. | paleje
25/10/2015 13:25 | This has been obvious from the start. Wasn't Bill paying himself twice the salary of our prime Minister? And for what? | r ball
25/10/2015 09:56 | R Ball, It's not "the law", it's the market rules and regulations, where management can find their get out of jail free card, and resist change, for their own benefit rather than that of the owners of the company, the shareholders. Removing management is very difficult, as is being illustrated here. They can avoid calling an AGM for months, and in the meantime continue to earn their salaries whilst shareholder funds are reducing, SER is another perfect example! Those funds could be being utilised elsewhere to create shareholder value, but instead are being used up paying salaries to a board that have done what exactly? I wonder if Bill's loan has been repaid yet? | andy
25/10/2015 07:15 | How is following the law rigging the market! Would you make the same comment if the shareprice was rising! | r ball
24/10/2015 16:57 | paleje, The problem is management can use the rules to become entrenched. The sooner people understand the market is rigged in favour of the house, the better. | andy
24/10/2015 13:51 | R Ball 19 Oct'15 - 21:49 - 11769 of 11771 0 0 nerd. so the articles of association allow this? -------------------- They are very clear if you read them....... | nerdofsteel
23/10/2015 08:54 | The best laid plans of mice and men... But the plotters are still there and the incompetents have found a get-out-of-jail card, for now. | paleje
20/10/2015 08:27 | I wouldn't want to be in this over the weekend | nerdofsteel |
