Sadly, this share has constantly proved a fertile hunting ground for those who thrive on share price movement rather than an investment case that looks towards long-term gains from a healthy company.

A very encouraging TS, which is significantly better than I would have expected following the political turmoil of recent months/years.

Netcall are likely to continue their generous dividend policy and I'd be surprised if the share price doesn't recover towards 50p.

Looking very lively today; share price heading back upto a more rational level that better reflects performance and a reduction in uncertainty over the UK's political direction.

The steady up-ticking continues nicely.

It would appear that NET are sadly much off the radars of most.

How much higher will NET have to travel before the wake-up call sounds?

We are off to the races- faster then I imagined.
Up all the way now. Mr Ozmen will perform his magic, and move Netcall significantly forward.

Over 2 million shares traded yesterday (Nov 25th): I think the bottom is established at 25p.

The next move is upwards over (its own)time.

I am looking for a quick move up to 30p here. I don't see the Economic position as an issue, whoever gets in is committed to spending and investment. I think the Torys will get in by quite a way to be honest.

Moving now, I think this may surprise to the upside to be honest. With the ex Microsoft guy on board, future looks promising certainly from this lowly share price. The new guys obviously thinks so. Anyway DYOR as always.

NETCALL PLC

("Netcall", the "Company" or the "Group")

New Non-Executive Director

Netcall plc (AIM: NET), a leading provider of low-code and customer engagement software, announces that Tamer Ozmen will be joining the Board of Netcall as a Non-Executive Director in line with the Company's commitment to broaden the independence of the Board. It is expected that Tamer will formally join the Board shortly after the Company's Annual General Meeting. Tamer brings with him significant industry experience and will further strengthen the skills and independence of the Board.

Tamer is a highly experience technology professional, having held senior positions with Microsoft over the last nine years, firstly as CEO of Microsoft Turkey and more recently running Microsoft Consultancy Services in the UK. During his time with Microsoft Consultancy Services, he implemented over 80 digital transformation projects, predominantly in the banking and insurance sectors. Tamer has also been Group Vice President of Online and Multichannel at Orange S.A, where in each role, he was responsible for revenue and profitability, strategy and execution. Tamer sits on the Board of Charles Taylor Plc as a Non-Executive Director.

Michael Jackson, Chairman of the Company commented "I look forward to welcoming Tamer to the Board of Netcall. His significant experience in the implementation of digital transformation projects, combined with his understanding of the telecoms and multichannel worlds, will be of great value to us as we seek to drive the business forward.

Tamer Ozmen, incoming Non-Executive Director, commented "It is clear to me that Netcall has a significant opportunity ahead of it. The combination of Low-code capabilities with a powerful customer experience platform sets it apart from its competitors, enabling enterprise and public sector bodies to rapidly transform their customer service capabilities. With an established customer base, strong management team and clear platform for growth, I am excited to be joining the Board at this time and very much look forward to working with the wider team."

Hi all,

Followed and traded this for sometime...

"The Board is mindful of the current political and economic backdrop and notes that this may have an effect on customer decision making and it continues to monitor the timing of its larger enterprise and product sale contracts."

.. is the worry here.. particularly given the Public Sector element.. could be perceived as a warning to come...

Just an observation and in my humble opinion, of course.

Regards to all

Yesterday over one million shares were traded around 21p.
I think a bottom has been established.
Management again is positive in their forward looking statement.
If Net can establish a base around 25p then we could begin to move up.
Time will tell.

Generated 500k in last period. The rest of the Matsoft money came from existing cash pile. Reoccurring revenue but sadly a lack of growth. Barely enough to cover expenses over the period. It's difficult to move away from selling products to concepts.
