26/9/2017 08:45 | why are buys showing up as sells ? | pal44
26/9/2017 07:21 | As expected, very positive results demonstrating significant progress. We've seen the share price recover, from the dip previously caused by modest profit-taking, in recent days and I expect this to continue upto at least the mid 60s. | spaceparallax
15/9/2017 17:54 | sp is reflecting a rather different outcome! | jotoha2
15/9/2017 17:17 | the share price will soon bounce back when the next positive results emerge. | spaceparallax
15/9/2017 15:10 | Thats quite a drop to be caused by top slicing. The only other change I can see is the change from 'in line with expectations' at half year to 'broadly in line with expectations' at the TO announcement. Ill keep an eye on it, I think it might be a bargain, but you never can tell. | wobaguk
16/8/2017 10:18 | I'm pleased that Netcall were able to make this promising acquisition which will doubtless nourish the business and sustain the impressive growth without introducing an unmanageable debt to the balance sheet. This is typical of the sensible organic growth strategy that NET have undertaken. The share price should continue to make upward progress with the dip caused by investor top-slice soon being corrected by new entrants. | spaceparallax
13/8/2017 22:16 | I was wondering if any Netcall shareholders or potential shareholders have any views on the MatsSoft acquisition? I notice the share price fell sharply on the news but I wonder if this may be due to some investors' disappointment about not receiving any more special dividends as a result of the deal. I also wonder if the share price fall may reflect defensive moves by marketmakers who are concerned that some of the Netcall shares paid to the vendors of MatsSoft may end up being sold. In other words, I am suggesting that the share price fall may be unrelated to the business performance of Netcall. I do not claim any insight into the areas that Netcall and MatsSoft work in but the rationale for the acquisition does sound sensible to me. I also think that Netcall's experienced management and its investor, Livingbridge, are likely to have a good idea of the value of MatSoft and, in my experience, they appear to manage the company quite conservatively so I would hope this is not a rash acquisition, particularly as I have just bought a few shares. | leucadia
